The apartment is located in front of the Teatro dell'Opera, in the famous Viminale district, a few steps from metro A (Termini) and B (Cavour). The apartment is a prestigious property with classic and elegant furnishings, marble and parquet floors, original ceilings and windows. The entrance door is accessed through a condominum representative hall with security camera. Overall the rooms were fine. Upon arrival, I felt like the person who greeted us was a little “short” as we weren’t there by “his” expected time when the check-in time stated 3:00 (which is when we arrived). It was rushed to get some information from him as he was asking where we were and why we e were late. There wasn’t enough included amenities which I figure is normal for a rental apartment - only enough toilet paper for a few days - we stayed 7 nights and there were 5 of us. There was no paper towel and 1 dish cloth. Overall, it was a fine place to sleep and the train station is close. The bars around there had very nice ppl working which was lovely. I think the initial greeting set the tone for the entire trip which is unfortunate for guests who pay to stay at your place!

Great location in Rome w/air conditioning

Convenient 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment centrally located across from the Opera house, within 20-minute walk of almost every major destination. Comfortable beds and full kitchen with small washing machine. Elevator available. Only downside is lack of anywhere to gather except the breakfast table in the kitchen. Must meet the property manager to get your keys, but they are super responsive.

Now let me start off that I don't consider anyplace as perfect. The good points: It was very clean & comfortable. It was safe & secure. The location was excellent for us. My wife and adult son. There are an abundance of excellent restaurants, coffee shops, banks and grocery stores nearby. Midway between two metro stops. Easy to get around. It had a lot of character. Things that could be improved: We stayed for 5 days. Only received 3 towels. A couple of more would have been great. One roll of toilet tissue per person. Had to run over to the grocery and buy a four pack. Maybe because I drank too much of the Roman tap water. Overall, I would recommend the apartment. I don't think you will be disappointed.

Fantastic Apartment in the middle of Rome

This was a perfect apartment for our family of 4 for our first visit to Rome. It is centrally located to many of the historical sites (Coliseum, Vatican, Pantheon, etc.) and a 5-minute walk to the metro. We stayed here 4 nights. There are several highly rated restaurants and a small market nearby. The bedrooms were spacious, and the bathrooms appear to be recently renovated. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, nice place

Had a very nice stay. The location is great, centrally located for sightseeing and close to the train station. The place is large and clean. Check in was easy and communication with the host was good.There is some street noise at night, so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. It was no problem for us. Would stay here again.

Two days in Rome

Very nice and private apartment. We were two couples traveling together and we appreciated having two bathrooms. Nicely equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Great location. Lots of places to eat and sites within walking distance.
