Perfect location

Perfect location, huge apartment. We stayed for 5 days and covered 81km in walking. This place was great location And a small supermarket was next door for amazing convenience. It rained a few days during our stay and I think the only thing that was missing was a tumble dryer. God knows where they could put it though, perhaps above the washing machine? We couldn’t get our clothes dry quick enough for the following day. The place isn’t perfect at all, a few issues with the damp around the shower etc, but as I said it was great for us and would definitely stay again.

Excellent location

The apartment is well located, clean and spacious for a centrally located apartment. We stayed 2 weeks and were offered a free mid-stay cleaning, which was nice. The only complaint is that we were 4 people and when we asked for more than one key we were told there wasn't one. Later in our stay, when we asked again if we could get another key, it was revealed that there was an electronic key. It would have been nice if the e-key had been provided from the beginning, as it was a huge hassle to have to coordinate with everyone with one key. If you are planing on cooking in the unit, I would find another unit, as there are no knives for chopping/very little space to cook.

Good Location but Underwhelming Stay

This property is in a very good location as it is north of the Trevi Fountain area which can get very crowded and is also a short walk to the Spanish steps and all of the high end shops and nicer area of Rome. In general, I found the property to be in need of many upgrades and repairs including a broken bathroom faucet, to lights hanging down from wires, and a water heater that broke during the stay but must say the property manager was accessible and we worked to fix it. The kitchen is very old and underwhelming across the board with cheap appliances and falls far below even average standards. There were all sorts of maintenance items left out in the open in the kitchen that should not be seen by guests as it looks dirty and sloppy. The bedrooms were adequate. Overall I was disappointed.
