Great Room. Great Location. They are setting up the room every day but didn't replace towels (just took the old ones) so we found ourselves with no bath towels (reception is working till 8PM) and used the hand towels. The elevator is not so useful (starting from the middle of the floor and ends in the middle of the second floor). Anyway besides that (not awufel at all) it is a great place to stay.

The property and staff were lovely, but the room I stayed in seemed to have mold on the ceiling that led me to develop some mold related respiratory systems that lasted for the duration on my stay. Otherwise the location was great and I felt safe and clean staying at chic and town luxury rooms

Perfect location. The staff was extremely courteous and accommodating, allowing us to check in earlier than the standard time - at 10:30 am. The room was impeccably clean and offered a lovely view.

Friendly and informative staff. Room was cleaned everyday to a really good standard (the cleaner even organised my makeup on the side after leaving it all over). Good location, down the road to the Spanish steps and less than 10 minutes walk to the Trevi fountain. Metro station 5 minutes walk. Only bad thing I would say about the stay was that the rooms weren’t really sound proof, could hear everything outside in the corridor clearly. But it wasn’t a big deal.

Great location. Super safe. Nice shops around as well as beautiful historic buildings and sights. Reno works happening in hotel so entry a bit dusty with cables hanging out wall etc and some noise during day. Not bad though. Bathroom did have a bit of dust. Our room was very large though for Europe and the sofa bed and cot provided were extremely helpful to have use of. We did really enjoy our stay. Breakfast in the cafe nearby (5 min walk) was okay. Not amazing but decent enough food albeit in a pretty shabby cafe. Overall a pleasant stay.
