Stay far away from this place it’s not a hotel of any sort more a poorly run Air B&B. I stayed one night and left to book somewhere else the next day. There was no staff on arrival just codes and messages to get into the hotel and the room. It’s incredibly noisy inside the rooms you can hear everything outside the building and inside, the windows are old so in the winter easily let in cold air and sound. The bedding is average at best in terms of comfortability and cleanliness, the room I stayed in was the “best” room they had yet the condition of the room is poor (cracks running along walls, dated furniture, dirty coffee machine etc). Due to the incredible amount of sound pollution which really is incredible because, I’m completely deaf in one ear so don’t usually have an issue with a bit of noise when sleeping, I did not get any sleep the night I stayed. The “hotel” did not offer any compensation for the terrible service and state of the room the next morning and merely asked me “there’s no problem now?” as if anything had been resolved at that point the obvious answer was no. No breakfast coupons not even a bottle of water. Dreadful service. I then told them I won’t be staying due to the above for the rest of my booking and would like a refund for those nights as I think fairly I won’t be staying there because you just can’t sleep there. What good is a hotel you can’t sleep in?! Even a partial refund would have been acceptable but alas they’re greedy as well.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here so we knew the area reasonably well. Everything was as good as we remembered. The suite is in a very convenient position and had everything that we needed. The only slight issue we had was that the reception was often unmanned which meant it was difficult to book breakfast or sort out our airport taxi. In the end all was well and we would definitely book again.

This isnt really a hotel. It is self check in through codes provided through email. There is no staff to help out or answer questions. The room had very cheap windows that let in all of the noise of a busy neighborhood

The property was in a safe space. The room was tiny and not very clean. There was dust and dirt everywhere. The ac worked well. Due to location it was loud at night. There is no onsite staff. They were very attentive to any msgs and requests but never available in person. Only at random hours. If anyone were to be locked out of their room or have any issues there is no help around.

The appartment was lovely and clean, comfortable and well equipped and within easy walking of all major attractions - centrally located, safe area- Vatican 30 minutes walk one way, Coliseum 30 minutes the other. The appartment staff were friendly and helpful and responsive to questions before and during our stay. Space to store luggage on the last day. Definitely stay here next time I am in Rome. Ciao!

Nice stay in Prato

Spent two nights here in October. Neighbourhood was quieter than other areas like Trastevere but easy walk to the Vatican. Further to the major attractions in the centre of Rome but it was an easy bus ride or about a 40 min walk. Staff were very helpful and communication ahead of time was great. Room was comfortable and clean with good air conditioning.
