Hotel was a superb location. So central in a very busy area but was so quiet although being on the 5th floor may have helped. A minimalist hotel the rooms were lovely and clean and we had a fantastic balcony with a glimpse of the ‘wedding cake’. Staff were pleasant and housekeeping really through. Would defo stay again, the excellent air conditioning in 34 degree heat was very welcome. The grab and go facility was handy.

The location is great, walking distance from all of the main attractions, room was comfortable, glad I went for the terrace option. Great as a base for exploring the city, I would stay there again, but possibly not when it’s hot, air con was very loud.

Honestly the best!

The hotel was perfect. The location was perfect. Very clean and comfortable. Place for grab and go food and drinks and a place refill your water bottle. They stored our luggage since we arrived early and delivered to our ready room. They called many taxis for us to get around. And even delivered our laundry while out to dinner. Would stay here again and again.

The location was amazing ! The customer service was amazing and the property did everything possible to accommodate all of our needs. I would recommend to anyone. - Be aware that the rooms are on the smaller size, but it is extremely comfortable and clean. It’s perfect because you’re in Rome, so you wont be in the room much anyways. BOOK THE STAYYY !

Just stay here!! Stop browsing! This hotel is wonderful! We haven't checked out yet but we wanted to leave a review now as we have been so impressed!!! The staff are very welcoming. We would like to thank Veronica for always checking with us to see how we are. The breakfast staff were so friendly as well! It's conveniently located in-between the trevi and pantheon. Lots of restaurants, galleries and shopping. The rooms are new with fab tolietries and retro furniture. House keeping each day with new fluffy towels. The breakfast was amazing. We expected typical continental but it definitely was not that. We are going to stay here again for sure. Just book it, you will have an amazing time!

I absolutely loved this hotel! I took a bit of a chance when I booked this because it opened Feb of this year & I booked it that same month but I'm so glad I did! The staff was incredibly kind, they were always very helpful & someone was always at the front desk. There's a lot of trust between the hotel & their guests because there's a self serve snack bar that you write down in a notebook what you took & they charge it to the room. Within the bar there is a water dispenser which you can refill as many of your water bottles as you'd like which was very economical & ecofriendly. The design of the hotel is beautiful, it's modern but artistic. I stayed on the 4th floor so for us it was quiet, but I cannot speak to how it is on the lower floors because it is on a very crowded street. The location is incredibly convenient, 3 blocks away from Trevi Fountain, 20min away from the Colosseum, 7min away from Piazza Navono. We didn't try their breakfast so I cannot speak to that. We used their laundry service & it was absolutely fantastic & a quick turn around, just a bit pricey. I would truly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Absolutely perfect from the first to the last minute. Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful, organised our taxi pickup on departure. Explained all amenities both in and out of the hotel. Perfect location to see all the sights of Rome. Have already recommended to several friends!

Hotel is clean and basic but we picked this location because the deluxe room with terrace is advertised as a furnished patio or private terrace and we got neither. Then we were asked to still pay the full price for that specific room even after I brought it to the staff attention and complained to Expedia about it. I was told they would send chairs up but that didn’t happen either. Instead they sent a bottle of champagne that we never opened. It is very busy in Rome and we planned to go out early and later in the day and spend time relaxing at the hotel mid day when it was busy out. Since there really isn’t anywhere to hang out except cafes to relax we ended up sitting in our room. Sorry but for that price we could have booked a room much cheaper or off the main strip where we could relax outside somewhere. Please see the attached pics of the SHARED, non-furnished, balcony we paid a lot of money for. I just don’t want others to make the same mistake since the furnished terrace showed in every pic of this room is actually above this room and you don’t get access to it. Plus I could grab the railing and shake it which doesn’t make you feel very safe even if we did ever get a chair to sit on, and I saw our neighbor through our window more than once than realized two out of the three times I tried to lock the window, I could just give it a hard yank and open it which then made us stop opening the window altogether. Clearly money is priority over the guests happiness here.
What we received without chairs, the rail is wobbly, and to the other side we shared with a neighbor. It’s less than two feet wide so beware of room description.
The neighbors window is right next door.

Great, modern hotel.

Cloud 7 Roma Hotel was amazing. It's located between Trevi fountain and the Pantheon. Even though it's on a busy street, we didn't hear any street noise being on the 5th floor. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was modern and clean. We had a wonderful stay there.

The hotel was very clean and it’s in a great location between the pantheon and trevi fountain!! It is very simple with not many amenities. If you’re just looking for a clean, comfortable, and convenient location, this is the place!!
