Overall ok, great location.
The location is excellent. Literally 2 minutes walk from the colosseum, which also means the metro is on your doorstep. You can walk to many attractions e.g. Trevi fountain or jump on the metro or buses if traveling further afield. The staff were friendly when comumunicating with us. The little kitchen is handy with all utensils and such so you can make breakfast and keep juice etc. there is a supermarket about 1 minute away. It’s very quiet even being so central.
This is not a hotel. There is no reception. This means getting clean towels is pretty much impossible which is ok if you are only there a couple of nights but longer and you would need to phone and it’s not clear if you can get clean towels. The shower isn’t the best. The bed was ok, comfy mattress but the frame itself didn’t feel the most stable. The place was clean but the duvet cover, although smelled fresh, did have a stain on it which made it look unclean so it would have been better if that had been replaced.
Overall, it was fine, great location and ok for a short break.
