It was ok. As seems to be the case in rome, it was quite espensive for soemthing rather average. Staff was helpful. breakfast was good. The main issue was the climate control which was woefully inadequate. I woke up freezing and they were able to provide more blankes. also, the room wasn't cleaned on one day. They coudl use more towels.

The staff were a blessing from the moment I walked in until I checked out. Always pleasant. Very accommodating. They had been extremely busy the night before so checking in at 2 pm was a bit delayed but the manager was definitely on top of things. I did not make a fuss like another arriving guest but he comped dinner and my taxi back to the airport. I would definitely recommend this hotel

I loved it! The staff is kind, price is reasonable and the design of the hotel and the room is cozy and comfortable! Great if you’re looking to stay near the airport since they have a 10 min shuttle bus every hour. Also there’s a cute restaurants area by the canal! I love it!!!

Too expensive for what you get

Overall way too expensive for the place it’s an old room. It’s around 15 minutes from the airport in the shuttle and they charge you for the shuttle which it should be free in the roomThere’s no place to put the luggage comfort of mattress terrible way too soft and you can feel the springs.

We arrived at 5pm only to be told the room will not be ready till 10pm. They could store our luggage and to walk 10 min to explore the little town and get food. We were very tired after flights being cancelled the day of. The only way to get to the hotel is by €80 Taxi. The hotel staff seemed very apologetic and offered us free breakfast and shuttle to airport, but it was very difficult situation after a terrible day. Do not recommend this location. The room was clean, but the bed was very firm.

I paid $391 for this room and it was really bad. The hotel is in a sketchy area and had minimal amenities. There is no restaurant in the hotel. There is a grocery store next door, so we went there to find some food. The room was on the first floor and the view from the window was a small closed patio with a table, chairs, and ashtray. The towels were small and inadequate. There were very few outlets, and none next to the bed. The ride to the airport was about 15 minutes and cost an extra $25. I would have stayed at the airport Hilton, but is was full.

When we arrived at the hotel we were informed by the front desk that there was a problem with our room and they’d taken the liberty to book us at another hotel 15 minutes away. The alternative hotel had poor aircon, was extremely loud until midnight and would never have been a choice we would have made. Extremely unpleasant experience
