Welcome to our newly renovated and furnished flat. Every detail has been studied and realised with the aim of allowing you a relaxing stay in the EUR / Appia Antica area just 15 minutes from the centre of Rome (Colosseum).
It is a large and quiet 60sqm open space with a sleeping area separated by an attractive wooden partition with a high-quality double bed.
In the living room, there is a large double sofa with a 22 cm mattress suitable for 2 adults or 2 adults and a child and two armchairs.
The modern designed kitchen with induction cooker is equipped with new appliances (dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso, etc.) and a comfortable peninsula.
ALL COMFORT INCLUDED: The flat is fully equipped: fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, pellet stove, 55-inch TV, sound system with ALEXA, washer and dryer and much more.
The house is fully equipped with bed linen - towels and shower towels
There is ample free parking space in the area, those who wish can also have a covered parking space 20 metres from the flat.
