This stay was an absolute nightmare from the second we got to the property. It is as 100% unmanned location. And we would not get into the building and couldn’t contact anyone inside; because they weren’t there. We have to check-in on line, upload photos of our passports. The check in wasent until 3 but they advised they would let us know if the room was ready early. We asked if they could just let us in out of the heat as the app wouldn’t uploaded our passports because of the sun. They told us no and sent a link to a company where you can store your bag. The company wouldn’t provide an address until we downloaded the app, provided our location and paid for the service. We did that, paid and advised the nearest location was over an hour walk. So we again tried the online check-in. After sending the link to 3 different phones we were successful with the check-in. Then they sent us the code to enter the front door. Then instantly I get a notification that our room is ready! Then we had to download an app to open our room door also advising us that we needed to have a strong internet connection. Finally we download the app off of my husbands work phone and we enter the room. Now there is. TV in the room as advertised but no remote! I contacted them that said it’s on the table. Nope not in the room. Then they said oh we will ask the previous guests if they have it, later on they advise us oh they do. At this time I am angry I do t need to know where it is I need a remote.
