Lovely place near the Vatican

This lovely guest house is in a great location and we enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and spacious with a nice common room available to use as well. Our host was delightful and very helpful with our luggage both on arrival and when leaving. Only one item was a little less than 100% which was the bed - it was quite low and the mattress could have been better. But overall we were very pleased to have stayed here, would do so again and definitely recommend.

Gianluca was a wonderful host and completely made our stay. It was out of the main hubbub which we appreciated but we actually walked everywhere. About 25 minutes to the Trevi fountain area, 40 to the colosseum and 15-20 to the Vatican so perfect for us. Great places to eat in the neighbourhood too.

I had an excellent stay here during my vacation. The hotel was walking distance to the Vatican, the metro and other great restaurants and cafes. Room service was fantastic and daily. The property has an elevator for easy access to the floors. I felt very safe walking in the area, even late at night. I would definitely stay here if I were to visit Rome again.
