Laura, the host and her partner were wonderful! Very nice space, sheets and shower always clean. The location is perfect! Just two blocks away from Roma Termini. Wonderful service! 10/10!!

The property is in a very good location and affordable. You get what you pay for so it’s not very luxurious it’s good if you are going to go to the room just for sleeping. Train station is only 5 mins walk and breakfast is just one coffee/juice and one croissant/donut. I checked in at around 12.15 in the midnight, my flight arrived late and I contacted the hosts and they responded immediately and though initially said they cannot wait, once I told them that I have two kids with me and my family is tired after a long flight journey he agreed to stay back to check us in. But he did charge us 40 euro just to wait until 12.15am ... he was indeed helpful but it came with an extra price. Initially I dint like it but people in entire Rome were trying to cheat and extract money so I guess that’s the norm of the city so that’s that. The other staff were very helpful they let me keep the luggage extra few hours without charging me so it’s ok overall it compensated .

The property was clean, the staff was kind and the location was right down 2 blocks to the train and metro station. We weren't expecting 2 bunk beds, but rather a double and 1 set of bunks, so that threw us off a little, however, and my husband would have been happier if there were a coffee pot in the room. Would stay there again, though perhaps in a different room.

Es ist ein praktisch feines (kleines) Zimmer, ein Wasserkocher und ein Minikühlschrank ist dabei, die Lage (beim Hauptbahnhof) ist großartig. Es war alles sauber.

Sehr schönes, großes, sauberes Zimmer mit Klimaanlage. Sehr nah am Hauptbahnhof von Rom, was sehr vorteilhaft ist. Zwar liegt die Unterkunft im dritten Stock, doch es gibt einen Aufzug, welcher aber nur Zwischenstockwerke befährt. Kommunikation mit der Rezeption war möglich, konnten einigermaßen Englisch. Frühstück hab es in einem Kaffee um die Ecke, doch es bestand nur aus einem Croissant und einem Kaffe, Tee oder Saft, was sehr wenig ist. Dies aber das einzige was es an dieser Unterkunft auszusetzen gab.

Nonostante mi fossi accordato telefonicamente con la reception che sarei arrivato dopo le ore 22:00 per via degli orari del treno che hanno subito dei forti ritardi, giunto a Roma li ho chiamati alle 21:45 ed avevano staccato tutte le linee telefoniche. Recatomi in struttura ho trovato tutto chiuso . Sono stato costretto a pagare un'altra camera in un'altra struttura alberghiera nelle vicinanze. Ho chiesto il rimborso , sostengono che non mi dovuto poiché da regolamento interno accettano i clienti fino alle ore 21:00. Vi sembra serietà ???

Arrivato in hotel non c’era una reception. Lalbergo si trova al terzo piano e, per arrivarci, occorre suonare il campanello. Nessuno apriva. Ho aspettato 40 minuti poi fortunatamente alcuni ospiti sono usciti dal portone principale e sono riuscito a salire. Sulla porta c’era un numero fisso a cui non rispondeva nessuno e un cellulare sempre occupato. Dopo 15 min sono stato richiamato. Ho atteso altri 10 minuti e un signore affabile è venuto a fare il mio check in. Mi sono trattenuto

Lo mejor calidad precio.

La verdad es que nos han tratado muy bien, la hora maxima del check-in era las 23:00, por culpa de Ryanair, llegamos con más de 3 horas de retraso. Llegamos sobre las 3:00 al hotel y aún así nos cogieron, pagando una penalización pero nos cogieron, otros compañeros del avión, durmieron en el aeropuerto o tuvieron que pagar otro hotel. Eso fue lo mejor que hicieron por nosotros. El resto, en general muy bien, el hotel estaba a menos de 5 minutos de la Estación Termini, las recepcionistas bastante majas, una de ella habla español y poco más, en resumen, si volviera a Roma, volvería a este hotel sin duda alguna.

チェックインを15時にしに行ったら、呼び鈴ならしても誰もでず、本当にここなのか、すごく焦った。結局、そのホテルに泊まっていた別の外国人がでてきてくれ、ホテルの人に連絡してくれ、よそからホテルの人が到着。ちゃんとホテルの人は常にホテルにいて欲しかった。

Je suis arrivé à 20h du soir et c’étais prévu et l’hotel m’a confirmé. Donc arrivé il y’avait personne pour m’ouvrir ef faire le check in Un demi heure que j’essaye de telephoner, sans reponse. Une voisisne m’a dit que le check in se fait dans un autre hotel à 200 m. Le Petit déjeuner est un café + croissant La toilette etait en dehors de ma chambre et l’eau qui coule en dessous de la porte dans le corridor!!! On ne change pas des serviettes Le climatusateur ne fonctionnait pas !!
