Clean room and good location to the tube station and into central Rome. The electricity turned off during our day and it was a nightmare waiting for the landlord to come and open the front door at 3 am, who wasn’t the most friendliest!

The property was beautiful, especially the roof area. The rooms are not sound proof at all, so we could hear our neighbors every time they spoke. The bathroom door was see-through and didn’t close super well. Great for a few nights, but stay there with someone you are comfortable around since the bathroom is kind of just part of the room.

Siamo stati 3 notti al FanfullArt. Posizione senz'altro strategica a due passi da molti ristoranti, negozi e locali del Pigneto, quartiere molto vivo che abbiamo apprezzato molto. Venendo alle note più dolenti abbiamo trovato abbastanza scomodo il bagno non finestrato di circa 3 mq totali. La camera era a piano terra con finestra che dava sulla strada e siamo stati svegliati dai passanti alcune volte.La camera infine non era dotata di saponi per la doccia, che avremmo apprezzato.

Lugar muy bien ubicado, limpio, muy agradable y cómodo, trasladarse a todos los puntos de interés es muy sencillo. Lo no tan buebo es que en la última noche, otros huespedes se quedaron haciendo ruido hasta las 5 am.
