Amazing urban resort in the heart of Rome

This hotel experience was one of the best we've had in this first trip to Italy. We were talking among ourselves and we won't hesitate to come back here the next time we return to Rome. The moment we entered the hotel, it felt like we were transported to a villa resort, surrounded by trees, flowers, and statues. The room was comfortable and thoughtful'y equipped. The staffs were all so amazing, friendly and helpful. We were able to store our luggage at the hotel as we checkout early for a morning visit. When we come back, we were welcome to sit in their lounging/ dining area while waiting to the time of our departure. The location is unbeatable. Less than 5 minutes away from the metro, surrounded by multiple bus lines that take you anywhere around the city of eternity. And if you're in a mood for a scenic walk, the hotel is located less than 15 minutes away from Colosseum, Palatine Hill and Roman Forum. We especially adore the view of Circo Massimo and Terme di Massenio (on Palatine Hill) from the street of the hotel. Overall, highly recommend this hotel to all. It feels very nice to come back to this serene hotel after a long day in a city as busy as Rome.

You’re actually staying in a bit of a 1960s design museum that’s been carefully and sympathetically updated without losing any of the architectural uniqueness of the property - a special experience

Our stay for 4 nights at the beginning of our trip to Italy was excellent. The location is just off the beaten trail enough to feel very private and the property was very quiet. You are minutes away from Circus Maximus, the Colosseum, forum, Palatine Hills and Baths of Caracalla. We stayed in room 0, which was itself separated a little bit from the other rooms and so extra quiet which we greatly appreciated after long days of walking. Desk staff were knowledgable and helpful. Breakfast every morning was a generous and diverse continental. Sit outside and smell the wisterias while the doves coo. The rooms were comfortable, with big comfy bed and rain-shower heads. We slept very well. Thank you to the staff that made our stay great: Valentina, Rafael, and Ronald.

Could be the perfect location

We were VERY happy with pur stay. Raphael greeted us with Proseco and explained to us alot about Rome since it was pur first time. The location is EXCELLENT. 15min walk to the Coleseum. Lots of resteraunts around within walking distance. The staff was kind and extremely accomodating.

This place was great because it was walking distance to the Colosseum, Roman Forum, and Caracalla. Even then if you truly want, all the other historical sites are walkable, if you’re willing to take the time to walk. The only unfortunate thing is the mold and rust in the bathroom. Other than that, the place is convenient and the staff were kind and helpful.

I stayed at the hotel for a long weekend. The team was very kind, they organizzare for me a small breakfast early in the morning before usual time. The room very very nice and clean, modern and elegant. Big shower with nice beauty product. The only lack was the mattress: too thin and soft, not at the quality level of the hotel. The garden with pool was the real hidden gem of the hotel

This property is centraly located in the heart of Rome in a quite neighborhood. The Colosseum is a few minutes walk away and the metro station is around the corner. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean. The staff are very helpful and friendly, and the breakfast served is amazing, perfect to start the day! I will stay here again.

Rooms were very basic and werent exactly what they seemed in the gallery. Very small rooms with limited storage space and Limited sockets which was annoying but we made it work. Staff were lovley and did all they could for us. Great loaction but definetly pricey for what they were. Again Very basic. Location is great. 5 mins walk to the collesium and around 20-30 mins walk to trevi. Pantheon etc. .. really enjoyed our stay we just thought it was really overpriced as we paid 949 euro for 4 nights. Compared to other hotels this did seem like a cheaper option though.
