Let me start off with the positive: the hotel was clean, the front desk person , Flavia , was very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was good . They had a variety of food for breakfast. On the negative side : the hotel is located not in a good area . At night we could barely sleep because it was very noisy. We could hear the people outside on the street . Also, there was also construction around the area during the night time. The people hanging around the hotel area did not look the most reliable people. The hotel although clean, needs to be painted. Some of the walls were stained and dirty. Also I reserved two rooms and although they charged me the same price, the rooms were different sizes . Some rooms are smaller than the others and they charge the same price.

The room was very hot- No air conditioning and when we asked to change the temperature, no one did. The shower was leaking all over the floor through the glass. This was brought to the attention at the desk at the first night and nothing was done about it.

Breakfast was nice great variety, rooms where spacious and clean, one thing i didnt like was mould on silicone and some on ceiling in places but all in all worth the stay

Good location close to Roma Termini train station, great staff, very helpful. The room was nice, clean and the bed was comfortable. Plenty of places to eat and shop in the area. The free breakfast had a variety to eat. Our room was away from the street, which was very nice, didn’t hear any street noise and Rome is very busy.

We enjoy our stay at this hotel very much. The staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The room was cozy and clean and even had a few english language news channels on TV. Our stay included a full breakfast buffet with lots of choices.

The room was mostly clean and comfortable, but very small. The bathroom shower leaked onto the floor even with the door shut tight, and had obviously leaked into the bedroom as the carpet was very stained. The staff were very nice and breakfast was excellent.

Breakfast was good, room was clean, we had a noise reduction n the hallway when you walk into our room that sounds like water leaking but couldn’t see any water damage. It was just loud. There was a lot of outside street noise as well so we had to use a sound machine.

Room was big, modern and comfortable. Location was fantastic a 2 min walk from Roma Termini Station. Hop on and off bus at Roma Termini. Restaurants and shops in abundance. Breakfast was more Continental, basic but nice. Only downside was my room had a water pipe or similar above it so when someone used shower or toilet it was like a waterfall in my room. All hours. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice modern room . Missing hooks in the bathroom to hang robe and other clothes. Shower is extremely slippery. I asked for a rubber mat and it was brought up. Nice breakfast. Excellent location near terminal. Quiet . Clean. We had an issue with a transfer to the airport
