Stay very far away from this “motel” because they were far from a hotel. From the moment we walked in, we felt unwelcome. Marco was rude, and spoke to us like he was doing us a favor with any answers he gave us. The room was small, dirty, and we felt extremely unsafe in the neighborhood. The description of the hotel and neighborhood is misleading. The shower didn’t work properly, the walls were dirty, there was hair everywhere, the toilet seat was yellow, and when I showed Marco a picture of the toilet seat, his answer, in a very nasty way, was “it’s old but clean. It’s all we have.” I asked for an iron, and they brought me a burnt iron with a disgusting iron board. The iron ruined my shirt. We went out for NYE and put a do not disturb sign on our door. When we got back that night, we noticed someone went in to our room. The iron and board were missing. I immediately called Expedia and asked that I be allowed to leave the hotel and I quickly made a reservation elsewhere. We left the next day. When I told Marco someone entered my room, he said impossible and wouldn’t believe us. I suggest the hotel check their cameras. The only nice thing about this place is Lorenzo, who was very sympathetic and nice to us. Thank you Lorenzo. This place doesn’t deserve you. NO NOT STAY HERE. There are so many more options in Rome for the same price and better value.

We had an extraordinary stay in Gioberti's. Since the first day with Lorenzo saying Welcome, to the last day with Martina coordinated our transport to the airport. Everything was great, breakfast, room, and staff... We will stay again here for sure.

we stayed on two different nights due to a cruise. The first night I was not very happy with the room the carpet was a very stained and it needs an update but the second night was great! the room had tile floor throughout, very clean. The front desk was beyond nice in allowing us to check in early which was great as we were jetlagged. The breakfast was pretty standard but the same for the two nights we stayed. The location is fantastic as you are within walking distance to the Rome Termini which pretty much gives you access to everything you need. Overall, I would stay here again an would recommend the hotel.

The breakfast is horrible due to the food being undercooked and cold. The property staff was not welcoming at all. They came into my room 3 times without knocking to clean the room. This was very uncomfortable and unprofessional. The area around the hotel is unsafe with a lot of homeless people either sleeping in the streets or begging. The shower does not have hot water. Don’t book this hotel at all trust me!

Let me start off with the positive: the hotel was clean, the front desk person , Flavia , was very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was good . They had a variety of food for breakfast. On the negative side : the hotel is located not in a good area . At night we could barely sleep because it was very noisy. We could hear the people outside on the street . Also, there was also construction around the area during the night time. The people hanging around the hotel area did not look the most reliable people. The hotel although clean, needs to be painted. Some of the walls were stained and dirty. Also I reserved two rooms and although they charged me the same price, the rooms were different sizes . Some rooms are smaller than the others and they charge the same price.

The room was very hot- No air conditioning and when we asked to change the temperature, no one did. The shower was leaking all over the floor through the glass. This was brought to the attention at the desk at the first night and nothing was done about it.
