The mattress was very uncomfortable, no water fountains in the building, limited room service menu, breakfast buffet was the same everyday and limited, nothing is included. Be aware of daily tax rate, no free shuttle service. The shuttle is more expensive than taxi. Recommend you download it taxis app on your phone. It is a very quiet location and right across the street from the U.S. embassy. They have a very small indoor pool, hot tub, sauna and tiny area for spa services in the basement floor.

Very accommodating exceeded expectations

Grand Palace was very accommodating, were traveling through Italy and we got to the hotel at 10am and they were able to put us up right away. Staff was great, we left for a few hrs and came back to a bottle of champagne in our room and treats from housekeeping. Would def stay here again

The rooms pictured weren’t offered. We got an outdated room with brown carpet and dark features. There were also ants crawling around the bathroom and I spotted an ant running across my shoe. While they are tiny, it just wasn’t a pleasant experience. I’m disappointed that we didn’t get a remodeled room. I only booked this hotel because of the rooms shown in the websites. It’s not worth the $400+ a night I spent.

My niece and I stayed here twice during the same trip to Italy. We both had large rooms that were very well appointed the first time. For the second stay I think we were upgraded because the rooms had large balconies. Overall the hotel has luxurious finishings and top notch staff. The location is great - steps away from Villa Borghese park (great for morning run) and ten minutes’ walk to Piazza di Spagna neighborhood. Overall a great value for the price, offering five star luxury at prices comparable to four star hotels in Rome.

The employers and representatives of the hotel were very congenial, accommodating, and good nature. The room was very spacious, but lack storage space. The restaurant served a nice breakfast buffet and had an evening menu, which included ample local cuisines. The workout area was a bit outdated as well as inconvenient for those guests, wanting to start their day early. Overall enjoyed the hotel and would recommend to France.
