I like everything from this hotel. it is close to everything, you can walk to most of the tourist places and the metro is 5 minutes away. It is pricey but you wont regret it once you see the location. Staff was very helpful, Suzete gave us good recommendations on places and restaurants. I would definitely come back here!

I would say overall it was an okay hotel. I loved the fact that it was near by the tourist attraction. Something I feel they lacked on it was on the service for those who get there after the staff are gone. When we got there we did not have the electricity key until the third day. We even had to look for the electricity card in their office since we didn’t get one. On the third day of our stay they left our key outside of the room where anyone could have accessed it, which I thought it was very inconsiderate since all of our valuables were inside. None the less the hotel itself was clean and spacious.

We loved the location of the suite. It’s right in the heart of a lively area- great shopping and dining options. Suzette was informative, kind and helpful. She even called me the day before to explain how the property works. Next (I’m an interior designer)… the bathroom was clean but didn’t function well in terms of space- shower way too small with no area to place soap- glass doors don’t close properly. Also vessel sink- little room for toiletries. Beds could be better very hard. Lots of light let in on sides of black out window treatments. Just a few insights… we loved Rome!

Location is great. The hotel’s elevator is very small and smells horrible. The property is old which is expected since it’s in the historic centre, but some upgrades will be great. Front desk is friendly. Bathroom is bigger than bedroom. The jaccuzzi should be used often, we used it and the water came up dirty and stinky.

This place was in a perfect location if you enjoy shopping, shopping stores all around the hotel, a historic church across the street from it. The original fettuccine alfredo restaurant is nearby highly recommend going there best alfredo ever and the staff there is super friendly there. Walkable distance to just about everything. I do recommend getting a taxi if you are going to the Vatican City.

The location was great! It’s in a main shopping area with lots of food and stores. It’s a little tricky to find but great! Room was clean and modern. Staff was friendly. Would stay again.

The property was ideally located, right in the heart of Rome within a quick walk to the Spagna Metro station, which allowed easy on/off access to further monuments like the Vatican or Colosseum. Despite being small, the room had everything needed including great AC, which was critical to combatting the mid-90's temps! A big comfy bed as well, would totally recommend this location!
