Room size was decent and clean but AC was not working, had to use a portable ac but needed to keep the window open for the hose therefore it was very loud as it was close to restaurants, barely slept for two hrs. Booked two rooms but they were going to put my friend to another building even though there were available rooms in the same building, in the end ask to pay $180 extra to be in same building (wasnt even an upgrade).

Upon my arrival there wasn’t air conditioning in my room they do have A/C in other rooms they didn’t inform me and they charged me. The only option available was to wait to see if it could be fixed before next day and I just have that only night there and I was traveling with two kids, after a very long trip that was more than 11 hours, and the reservation was done for more than 3 months ahead. No one was available, no owner, no manager to respond they gave me a phone number that no one answer ever. That was at 1:30 PM. I had to go and pay another hotel to stay and now they don’t want to give me a refund. Saying that the staff did everything the can do. Not recommended, very unreasonable staff and administration.

Air in my room did not work at all in 90 degree weather. The front desk’s solution was a fan and so they were not understanding at all. When it was time to find an alternative plan they refused to give us a refund or cancel the reservation. We ate the cost and ultimately stayed at a much nicer hotel.

Fue bueno. El cuarto más pequeño de lo que esperaba y quedaba en un edificio a bastantes cuadras del “main hotel”. Por esto la comunicación era por whatsapp. Hubiese preferido tener el cuarto en el edificio donde está la recepción 24 hrs. El elevador era bien pequeño y se abría manual. Una noche se fue la luz por varias horas y no me sentía segura de volver a coger el elevador luego de eso. Estaba en piso 5, por lo que fue un issue para mi que incomodó la parte final de mi estancia. Dejé la llave en el keybox para dejar aire prendido y cuando llegué se la había llevado el personal. Los desayunos fueron buenísimos. El cuarto tenía un balconcito que daba para una basílica y era muy acogedor. Eso me gustó mucho. En fin le doy un 4/5, fue bueno.

Great Location; Fair Accommodations

The hotel had a wonderful location and a kind reception staff. The multi-story hotel is older and in mid-renovation. The common areas were a bit rough, but the rooms were updated. It had a very small elevator that barely accommodated two people and ran very slowly; requiring us to climb stairs up/down to the 5th floor daily. The breakfast was decent and offered hot and cold items, along with many coffee/latte/hot chocolate options and juices. The bar is small and enclosed; while the drinks are good and staff is pleasant, they are expensive. Our accommodation was small but nice. Unfortunately our air conditioning did not work and the staff initially responsive. It was still not repaired by the end of the 2nd day without further communication. The room was unbearable at 27°C/80°F and a when approached again, they offered us an oscillating fan with the opportunity to change rooms at a later date. The fan made the room tolerable and we did not want the hassle of packing our luggage to move. Overall, it was a decent stay with great location.

I loved the location as it was accesible and nearby attractions as described. The only detail that was challenging at first was that the hotel rooms are located in a separate building from the hotel lobby. Walking distance (2 blocks) approx. Regardless, the rooms are secure and you are required to have access the codes to enter both the building, the floor, and finally the room key… so from my POV no issues on security at all, just different from what I expected. The rooms were clean, modern look, bathroom was adequate and no significant noise from outside despite being nearby attractions.

The hotel is conveniently located right in the heart of Rome and very close to Fontana de Trevi, the Spanish Steps, Pantheon, and other landmarks. There are also multiple dinning and shopping options around and the neighborhood is very safe at all times.
