Don't stay in the separate building

We stayed in the separate building, which is an old squeaky building. It felt like an below average Airbnb rather than a four star hotel. I had a number of feedback items that I was willing to share during checkout, but the receptionist seems to have never heard of the concept of "how was your stay?". He was completely shocked that I'm giving feedback and didn't appear to know what to do with what I was saying.

Heart of the City

The hotel was a perfect location from the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain plus shopping. Our stay in Rome was absolutely wonderful! The room was incredibly spacious, clean, and comfortable — a rare find in such a central location. But the real highlight was the breakfast — hands down the best we had during our trip! So many fresh, delicious options each morning that truly exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Rome!

I love that there is someone at the front desk 24/7. Room was clean, great breakfast , and we had cocktails at the quaint bar on the first floor before we we went out for dinner. The hotel is right downtown. Everything is within walking distance..

Great location but very basic facilities

The hotel itself is very well located. However we weren’t told beforehand that there is a separate building where some guests are put. So when we arrived at midnight we needed to walk, with all our luggage, to a random building 8 minutes walk away with various codes to get into the building. It wasn’t quite what I had expected and as we were travelling with friends, ending up in separate buildings wasn’t ideal. Room itself was basic (minibar was empty, and not refilled daily) but clean.

We booked the room with the balcony view. Amazing view!! Location ! Location ! Location !! Easy to walk to all the main sites!! Only inconvenience is the main lobby is four blocks away from your actual room. So if at anytime you need anything you have a long walk. Also there are two codes to get into the property which is a bit tricky. Room was very very very small but you pay for view and location. I would stay again. Bellman was amazing and super helpful.
