Travelers from USA - we got this hotel last minute. The room wasn’t really clean, the bathroom, especially. When you used the sink, the bidet made slushing noises (idk if that’s the right terminology) but there must’ve been some issue with the plumbing. To top it off, our last night, we came back from dinner to a leak from the ceiling :/ May have been the A/C, but we’ll never know. One of our passports got wet but fortunately not that bad - could’ve been worse. The staff was very nice and attentive though, excellent customer service. When we told them about the leak they said they would “see what they could do” and then we’re going to offer free transportation to the airport, but we had already booked it. Very good location though, which is why we chose this hotel but the hotel did not look like the pictures online.

The staff at this hotel went out of their way to help us with anything we needed. From setting up transportation, to getting us "to go" breakfasts when we wouldn't be around for the included breakfast. Can't beat the location, and the view from the room was great. Would definitely recommend this place!

Amazing location. Large rooms with great amenities. Staff was helpful with luggage. Breakfast was great and hosted by a cafe down the street. Views out certain rooms are surreal. Would stay here again, 100%.

We loved this hotel and the perfect location to explore Rome. Our view of Pantheon was spectacular! The hotel managers and those who worked here were so kind and helpful. The breakfast was superb too ! We highly recommend this cozy little authentic gem.

I stayed in the annexed building, it gave me a feel of a private residence while enjoying the perks of being at a hotel, the property and room were immaculate, the staff always available and helpful, the location is central and close to most landmarks, we walked to pretty much everything, there is a taxi stand right across from the hotel too. The hotel was very quiet given the fact that it is a very dense area. Will definitely stay there again. I was there with my 2 teen children and felt safe enough to send them out on their own to grab snacks, they had the best time ever .

The hotel was spotless. The bathroom actually sparkled. The staff was courteous and efficient. The location in front of the Pantheon was so cool. Everything was close but the room was so quiet. I was travelling with my young sons so we requested a roll away which was made up and fit perfectly in the room. To top all that off breakfast was included at a local restaurant and it gave you the choice of English style with eggs and bacon or continental. It was absolutely delicious. I couldn’t recommend this hotel more. I was simply fantastic!

We loved our stay at Abruzzi. The location is awesome! We opened our window to look directly at the Pantheon un-obstructed . It’s literally across the street. The room was very small but the location made up for it. To get to guest rooms, there’s at least one flight of steps before a very tiny elevator is available. The room was very clean and the bathroom spotless. . The hotel staff, and I mean every one that we encountered was wonderful. They are very friendly and helpful. The location is central and we didn’t need to take a taxi to most places as they are in walking distance. The furthest point of interest was Vatican City at about 30 minutes. We’d definitely stay here again if in Rome!
