Hotel staff were excellent!! And the location was ideal and close to some main attractions, shopping and restaurants! It was my girlfriend’s birthday and they left us a complimentary bottle of champagne in our room! The breakfast staff were joyful, friendly and attentive! I definitely recommend this hotel for your visit to Rome!

The staff working in the breakfast room were very friendly and helpful. I didn't really find other members of staff that friendly, especially the reception staff. I was staying on the fifth floor and there was a lot of noise like glass bottles being loaded into a skip, this happened each morning between 4am -5am. On check out i mentioned it and was told it may of came from another room? Odd, the noise was definitely coming from outside my room. Wouldn't stay in this hotel again. Plenty others to chose from. Wasn't overly impressed.
