The hotel was in a terrible condition. Don’t be deceived by the posted pictures. They asked us to pay 80 Euros to open a sofa bed when they confirmed that we would have a two bedroom suite. Don’t stay at this hotel if you value

This hotel is something special. Its location is unbeatable, in the heart of Rome, a short stroll from the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, and Roman Forum. My room had stunning city views and great amenities. The staff were welcoming and helpful. This hotel enhanced my Roman experience. It's one of the best hotels in Rome

Close to major attractions. Busy with a good vibe around the hotel. Shower was a bit hard to operate - no instructions. Bed comfortable Good security as travelling on my own. Windows opened allowing fresh air. Complimentary water on first night, thereafter would have been appreciated. Dining staff were very friendly and attentive.

Excellent value, likes to claim it is 5 star but it is not, but it was a reasonable cost for central Rome. Trevi and Pantheon an easy walk. The location sells this place.

Average hotel. (not sure how its a 5*)

We really enjoyed our trip to Rome. The only things I could feed back to the hotel are: - I was expecting a bigger hotel room, (the photographs make the rooms look really big but in reality they're small) - The bed sheet wasn't very soft so I wasn't very comfortable in bed. - The shower was tiny and the water is VERY hot. The shower door folds inwards too making it really hard to get in and out. To make matters worse, it's easy to accidentally knock the temperature dial and the water is boiling hot, its dangerous! - Whilst there was a kettle and tea/coffee in the room, there was no milk. I asked at reception if there was any milk available, they said they would have to charge 5 Euro. So I didn't have a hot drink in the room! - This isn't hotel specific, but bare in mind there's a city tax now at 10 Euro, per person per night. Overall a lovely stay but next time I will try a different hotel. I'm not sure how it constitutes to a 5 star hotel. It was very average.
