My husband and I travel a lot, and we’re not looking for luxury, but this hotel was very old and not well maintained. The bathroom shower had mold, and the closet also smelled of mold. The staff, however, were very good and polite—especially at the pool bar. Breakfast was very good and clean, and we enjoyed the balcony in our room, which was nice, with cool seating just like by the swimming pool. Still, the bathrooms definitely need updating, and overall the place could use a bit more cleaning. I would also like to mention that the clean towel service was very good, except for one day when housekeeping forgot to close my door after cleaning.I’m not someone who usually likes to write negative reviews, but I felt it was important to share this experience, especially for travelers coming from the United State.

Our stay at the Condotti Boutique Hotel in Rome was an absolute delight. The location could not have been better—tucked away on a quiet, charming street just steps from the Spanish Steps and Via Condotti, it placed us right in the heart of Rome’s historic center. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. They were attentive, warm, and always ready to help, going out of their way to make the experience smooth and enjoyable. The hotel itself is elegant and cozy, with an intimate atmosphere that feels like a home away from home. The rooms, while not the largest, were spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated, offering everything needed for a relaxing stay. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and despite being in such a lively area, the rooms remained quiet and restful. What stood out the most was the level of hospitality. Small details, like the staff’s willingness to quickly resolve any issues or accommodate requests, left a lasting impression. Their genuine care elevated the experience and made the hotel feel special. Breakfast, though simple, was a pleasant start to the day, and being surrounded by excellent cafés and restaurants made dining effortless. Overall, the Condotti Boutique Hotel captures the essence of a Roman getaway—stylish, intimate, and ideally located. It is the kind of place that makes you want to return, not just for the comfort, but for the warmth of the people who run it. A wonderful stay in every sense.

Just returning from an amazing stay in Rome - would thoroughly recommend this hotel - easy self check-in apt in great location for eating and shopping - walking distance to Spanish steps and Trevi fountain (literally round the corner) hotel feels really safe and secure - easy access and bar in main building on rooftop cute for a drink - room cleaned daily and shower hot - staff amazing (thank you to Victor who seemed to always be there when needed) answering requests on WhatsApp quickly and extremely helpful / they will Organise transport to and from airport and take care of your baggage Clean rooms bed comfortable and great location- 5 star from me
