It was walkable to everything we wanted to see in Rome, and there were restaurants and stores nearby. The staff were friendly, our room was very spacious and clean. The building looked like it was still being renovated in places but it was quiet and it was tidy.

When I arrived the smell of the room was terrible I had to open the window. I used my own perfume to level the smell. When I went to the bathroom was worsen so I realized that bad odor came from there, it's like sewage strong smell. I had to think twice before using the bathroom.

Great places to eat all around. Metro 1/2 block away. Walkable to some sightseeing. A/C didn’t work well and elevator went out for 1/2 day. Hard on my 90yr old mom.

It was located very centrally to walk around town. Staff was helpful and the room was spacious. Only downside was the hotel was across from a rooftop bar that had live music playing until very early Wednesday morning. My wife and I could hear every word of every cover song with the windows shut tight and curtains drawn.

The hotel was in a great location and the staff were very friendly! The downsides were that the bed and pillows were rock hard and there was a party going on, at the bar across the street, until 2 a.m.

Remarkable that issues with noise at the property are not reported in previous reviews on line - makes me wonder whether previous reviews are accurate. There is no sound proofing of the rooms that blocks out street traffic noise on the main road and then load music from local bars up until midnight and then loud noise of people in the street after the bars close. Otherwise the property is an ok venue.

Luca was an amazing and accommodating host!! He was friendly and respectful and patient with us throughout our stay, answering all questions and making recommendations. He was the best part of the stay. The room needed maintenance work but I wouldn’t reduce the rating. Luca made our stay memorable! Eight days in Italy and this was the best

Excellent hotel to stay. This hotel is very convenient located. The Major bus stops are practically in front of the hotel. The Metro station is about 3 minutes from hotel. The Trevi fountain is located about 15 minutes walk ( if you prefer yo can take bus); the Vatican is relatively close or you can take the bus 64 to Dan Petro. In relation to the hotel is clean, nice bedroom. In conclusion, excellent hotel for the price!

Overall good stay. Mc Donalds open right on corner with great breakfast and excellent cappuccino and espresso options. Toilet on our 5 th floor had issues flushing. Bar on corner was playing loud music which was lively atmosphere unless you trying to sleep at 1 am.
