Great amenities. Stayed in the single room which has great space for my suitcase and a full bathroom. Breakfast brought to the room in the am was a pleasant treat. The staff were very helpful and the location was amazing for walking the city.

Price was pretty expensive for room, building was outdated, there was no one at the front desk every time we went to check on something, they kept asking for passport when we showed them at check in.

I had a lovely stay here! The property is charming - on the 4th floor of an elegant building with so much character that is perfectly located in Rome. I could walk to the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and Metro in no time, but the rooms were quiet and peaceful. The staff was wonderful with accommodating my early arrival and assisting with an airport shuttle drive - very friendly and helpful throughout booking through check-out. The breakfast delivered to my room this morning was such a huge bonus - I got to select what I wanted the day before, and it came at the time I chose - so elegant, fresh, and delicious! I would definitely stay again only for longer next time. Thank you!
The breakfast delivered to my room - exactly what I selected: the veg, croissant, cappuccino and mixed fruit with plain yogurt and jam. Delicious!

Perfect location in Rome and exactly what I needed - safe and clean place to rest my head. The room was very quiet and although small I felt very comfortable. Breakfast was brought to the room and had plenty of options! Very delicious too.

Cute spot. Great Breakfast delivered to your door. 20min to walk to anywhere is enjoyable, very secure neighborhood as the Military station is across the street. Hosts are available with whats app and accommodating. Quick Tip: dont take a taxi from the train station. They will scam you $50 euro. And its only a 2 block lovely walk. Even with luggage. Also , let the Hotel know your arrival time so they can assist you with entry if required. Our family of 4 had a lovely stay.

Very nice 1-night stay. Hotel is on 4th floor and our room faced the back, so was very quiet for resting. They use a code and pin pad to access the hotel and each individual room, and we had no problems with this system. There are amazing things to see in all directions, even by walking just 1 block. The hotel is somewhat close to the Termini train station, but uneven sidewalks and cobblestones might make the walk difficult if you are pulling a heavier suitcase. Breakfast was served in the room. It was not lavish, but was sufficient. There are about a dozen steps to get from street level up to where the elevator is located, in case a person needs to know that s/he will have to carry all belongings up/down the steps to enter or leave the building. Would happily stay here again!

Located in the heart of Rome and just a walk away from Termini, this small establishment on the 4th floor of an historical palace was perfect for a long weekend in Rome. Very clean, new/refurbished, all in good working order, friendly staff, easy check-in and check-out.

Rome’s hotel residence

Clean hotel located in the fourth floor only. The room had character. I stayed in the suite. Breakfast was excellent because fresh eggs, pastries, cheese, yogurt, nuts and more. The hotel was hard to find. I wish it had it had a bigger and better sign with the hotel’s name. I saw that two other hotels were located-in the same buildings but on different floors. It took us 15 minutes Rome train station carrying 6 suitcase seat. We climbed up about 10 stairs to hotel’s elevator.

Lovely experience

Friendly, professional and helpful staff. Warm welcome on arrival. The room and location were amazing. We enjoyed the breakfast, which was delivered to the room on the exact time that we requested. Overall a really nice stay and we would recommend this hotel.
