Italy doesn’t exactly pays too much attention to customers. I chose this hotel because I needed to be close to Termini train station. VIP status wasn’t acknowledged. Room was ok and breakfast was good tough.

The stage was wonderful. The rooms were comfortable, and i appreciated the room upgrade! My only issue was that I wish the rooms had A/C. They were a little stuffy.

Great job, seems like European hotels actually honor their upgrade for Expedia platinum members compared to USA. Now I wouldn’t mind doing this more often if I do get the benefits of my business with Expedia.

The hotel staff and location was great. Breakfast was okay. The ac was off during the season and it was very hot and uncomfortable in the room . They brought us a fan after the first night and we sleep better with the window open. The WiFi was an unreliable.
