My key card stopped working twice and I had to get new ones. One of the times was during a false fire alarm at 4 am that continued for about 30 minutes, and then had to go back down to get the key card fixed again. The staff was very lovely and the area was great. However, I will stay somewhere else next time.

Bathrooms are outdated. The cleaning service is extremely poor. The bathroom mirror had the same stain for over 10 days . The floor wasn’t cleaned throughout our stay as well.

Nice hotel in a good location. Most places in Rome are walkable from the hotel. Great views from the rooftop at the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful - would stay here again in the future.

Very nice property. The rooms were very small and listed as a 4 person suite but in reality it was 2 separate units with very little space in the bathroom.

This hotel is amazing! It’s right in the city centre so easy walking to some of the famous ruins museums. The breakfast in a rooftop restaurant is quite good views or spectacular. Customer Service is fantastic. The only improvement I can suggest is the air conditioning needs to be improved in each room. It is somewhat warm and uncomfortable, and I need to ask for a fan for more ventilation. Otherwise it’s a great hotel. See you soon.
