The Hotel was good but the rooms were so tiny!

I was pretty upset when I walked in and saw the room being so tiny. No dresser, extremely tiny "closet", tiny shower, just felt more like a bed with space than a room. The overall hotel was really nice and the front desk were always so nice and great. My favorite part would have been the sweet woman during breakfast. She was always happy and super friendly. A really huge fan of her! Just wish the rooms were bigger, more amenities in them, and more color.

Tiny Shower

Good stay, Shower was teeny tiny with shower doors that met in the corner. It was difficult to get in and out of esp. since one of the doors slide closed. Bath towels were good, but no hand towels and no wash towels available. Hand towels were replaced by towels that were more like a table cloth material, non-absorbent. Beds were comfortable, water pressure very good, and air conditioner was Fabulous!! Over all good place, near the bus stop!

DO NOT STAY HERE

We were 1st put in room 1958..Horrible. Low ceilings, room was super hot, bed was hard had heavy old comforter with a heavy wool blanket, it was 98 degrees in Roma. Silvia, moved us to room 409 the next day and it was better but not great. Room was warm, bed hard, bathroom small.

I extended my five day stay to 9 days. I recommend this hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. Subway is close by. Breakfast is good. I had an early reservation and I was allowed to have breakfast at 6:50 instead of 7:00. I really appreciated it. Anyway, had a good time in Rome.
