This is a geat hotel in terms of cleanliness in rooms. Hotel is dated. I also did not like the surroundings. However, they have the best breakfast options you can get anywhere. I give then five out of five on that.

The breakfast buffet offered the most extensive variety we’ve ever seen for a complimentary breakfast — absolutely outstanding. We stayed for three nights and would definitely return. The staff was gracious and attentive, helping with everything from check-in and directions to scheduling our airport transfer (€55). Everything was exceptionally clean and well maintained. We especially appreciated how walkable the area was. Even in our 60s, we had no hesitation walking the 10 minutes to the metro for easy access to places like the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain. We felt very safe and were pleasantly surprised by the courtesy of the Italian people — it was common to see younger passengers offer their seats to older ones. It was only a 12-minute walk to meet our tour guide for the Vatican Museums. One of our favorite nearby restaurants was Cocò Bistrot (just a 5-minute walk for fresh pasta), and there were many other excellent dining options within a 10-minute walk, especially along Andrea Doria Street. The only minor downsides were the small shower (typical for Italy) and some road noise, though closing the shutters made a big difference.

It was okay. Basic hotel. One of the lady receptionist should not work in customer service, she is not welcoming. I understand a lot of Italians are unwelcoming, to be a better person you have to be welcoming. There are two older amazing guys that work at night, one at the reception desk and the other his tall muscle team mate that welcomes people at the door . Everyone that works there should be like them

We had a great stay at this Hotel. The staff were awesome and very helpful. The Front Desk Staff Mirella and Alberto were very welcoming and hospitable. They both guided and assisted my husband and I on whatever question and needs we have. The Dining room staff were excellent and very friendly, The breakfast were delicious,wholesome and had a wide variety to select from.Salute to the cook . I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there again in the future. Thank you for a great stay.

Pros: Excellent buffet breakfast with lots of choices. They even prepared bagged breakfast for us on days when we had to leave before they opened. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean. Cons: Rooms are small especially the shower stall. We stayed on the 3rd floor and the a/c seems to be in fan mode only and not cooling air. Most of our clothes felt damp and moist during our entire stey. We complained about it but they said that was the coolest it could go. I guess there are rooms with older a/c units like what we got. Location is next to gas stations and car wash was noisy during the day but quiet at night.

Roberto at the front desk was wonderful. He gave us early access to our room and arranged transportation for us to the hotel and again to the cruise port. The hotel provided an elaborate delicious breakfast for use. Definitely recommend Hotel Pacific Roma.
