Excellent staff, a great and varied breakfast, perfect location in Esquilino. Short walk to Termini, Republica, Santa Maria Magiore, Via Nationale buses. Long but reasonable walk Colosseum, Piazza Venetzia and other sights. The hotel is being modernized but the inconvenience is still worth it.

Fantastic hotel that has very recently been refurbished to a high standard. We had a beautiful family room with a double bed in one section and two single beds in another section. We had a spacious balcony being on the 6th floor which was very safe and a great place to relax with sun loungers and a sofa. The room was very clean and sheets were changed daily. Breakfast was great with a selection of cold meats and cheeses, cooled eggs. Bacon, or chicken sausage, chickpeas, yogurt, fresh fruit, breads, pastries, fresh juice and the kids loved the pancake machine. Staff were super friendly on reception and in the breakfast room. Highly recommend for families. 5 min walk from Termini Roma the main train station and walking distance to all the main sites.

Soiled towels aren’t pick up daily, we have to call fresh ones. Need more shelves to hold toiletries in the bathroom. Friendly & helpful staffs.

Excellent Stay with Friendly Staff and Modern Room

I had a great stay at Hotel San Remo. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, making check-in and the overall experience smooth and pleasant. The room was clean, comfortable, and appeared to be recently renovated, which added a modern touch to the stay. A great location and solid choice for a stay in Rome!

Our room 505 was very modern and cozy with a queen bed and little living room with a large sofa twin bed separated by a wall, the bathroom was very big and nicely upgraded, place was brite with 3 windows ( one in each section), unit had two independent air conditioners. Wonderful place.

Area of the place is near to everything but the elevator was not working during the stay. Aircon is like not working as the room doesnt even cool with the hot weather I asked the staff and checked the ac but was told me that is the best coolness the ac has. I asked for clean towel but no one delivered
