We had a lovely short stay at this hotel at the end of our two week Italian vacation. I would definitely stay here again — spacious rooms, great breakfast in the garden and walkable to less touristy spots for dinner.

Lovely garden, quiet neighborhood

This is my favorite place to stay in Rome and I’ve been coming here for years. Each room is a little different and all are comfortable. Breakfast is in the garden or indoors in a light-filled space - a great way to start the day. The garden is also lovely for sitting and relaxing, reading or working, or enjoying an afternoon drink. It’s in a quiet residential neighborhood and with a 5 minute walk down the hill you are in Testaccio with all its wonderful restaurants and with a bus/tram stop to take you anywhere. Also fairly close to two different subway stops. The staff is wonderful and I highly recommend the place.

An excellent place to stay

We’ve stayed at this hotel annually for 10 years and have always enjoyed the service the comfort and the position in Rome near the metro and bus not far from a station but on a beautiful quiet tree lined hill with some great views

Staff is very nice and helpful, but the property is extremely old, A/C doesnt work appropriately, and the most important con is that the reviews about the location are false; the hotel is very far away from main attractions; you will have to be paying taxi back and forth. Again, the staff is very nice and helpful.

Beautiful Stay in Rome 🌟

The staff was wonderful and very accommodating for our family of 6 with 3 generations. Although one of our three rooms lost AC, the staff helped us to move to another amazing room. We will definitely return!!

Great small hotel.

Great breakfast, nice rooms in a quiet neighborhood near circus Maximus. The courtyard is beautiful and kept so clean as well. A computer is available to print your boarding passes etc. also the reception is very helpful with restaurant tips (apulvis) and calling taxis.

Quaint hotel in a quieter section of Rome. It has a beautiful courtyard where breakfast and happy hour occurs. Front desk staff very helpful for obtaining taxis. A special thank you to Agapitro (spelling?) who served as porter, waiter, bartender, etc. He was so friendly and helpful! My only complaint about our room was the shower. The water pressure was horrible because the only way to have warm water was to have it turned all the way hot.

Nice quiet neighborhood. Good free breakfast with eggs, cereal, fruit, yogurt, and pastries. Good views from some of the rooms. At least in February, the rates were quite reasonable.
