The customer service was excellent, very friendly. The staff was able to book a taxi to the airport which was very convenient. Also we were able to buy Hop on, hop off tickets at front desk. The breakfast was served on time, freshly baked croissants and other pastries. Good variety of foods.

clean good breakfest the staff is great but the confort... 2 single bed hard as rock I dont understand why in a double room they put 2 sinlge beds together i just dont get it. and these are the hardest beds i have ever sleep in. to bad because aside from the bed everything was good great location not far form Roam termini.

The staff is excellent, the safety is excellent, the breakfast options and quality are excellent, and the location is very good. The general rooms are small. And the rooms and amenities could use more updating. Overall it is a little pricey.

I would save my puke on something else, this is so bad that it is unpukeable. Cannot imagine who gave this a 4star rating. There is paint peeling from the walls and ceiling, flooring is distorted due to water damage. Bed and blanket covers were dusty. The room had strong smell of cigarette smoke. The tiles in the common areas were all cracked and seemed like we were in a real historic Rome building to give us the experience. Walls were thin and we could hear someone coughing all through the night. Street noise, especially during the night was super audible. Wonder what the rating system even means with all these issues.
