Casa di Bine is a holiday apartment that enjoys a privileged position in the heart of ancient Rome, a stone's throw from the Colosseum and the Fori Imperiali. Despite its central position, it is located in a typical, very quiet residential building, with two internal courtyards, perfect for the most demanding of sleepers and particularly suitable for families traveling with children and the elderly.

Recently renovated with quality materials and elegantly furnished, the apartment is spacious and bright and offers a welcoming and relaxing environment, equipped with all comforts. The cleanliness of the rooms meets a high standard and the luxurious hospitality is made perfect by a careful concierge service, which will give you the pleasure of a completely carefree and unforgettable holiday.

The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms, the kitchen and 2 bathrooms; It is located on the fourth floor of a very quiet building, inhabited by residents, and very safe, with a gate at the entrance, a fountain with red fish in the courtyard and a small typical iron elevator.

Casa di Bine can accommodate up to 7 people; whether you are a couple or a large family, you will have access to the entire apartment.

This was our family's first trip to Rome. Spent the New Year's celebrating at the Colleseum. Location is in a very safe neighborhood. Grocery store accross the street. Giuseppina is one of the best hostesses. She went above and beyond, arranged transportation, checked-in with us during our trip, and answered all questions. She provided everything you need to know in a handbook. Apartment was super clean and perfect for our family of four. Stayed for a week.

The apartment was VERY SAFE with 2 locked gates/doorways before you even made it to the apartment door which was made from an old safe. It was spacious and comfortable and the host was very kind and accommodating. Best of all, a grocery was across the street which enabled us to eat healthy and pick items we might have forgotten. Giuseppina was awesome and very accomodating. We arrived very early in the morning and she allowed us to check in the VRBO early and met us there. The location was the best. Easy access to Metro and easy walk to stores, restaurants, and colosseum. We loved the apartment which was very clean and comfortable. We will definitly be back and choose to stay here if available.

We had a truly wonderful stay with the most gracious host! The apartment was spotless, spacious enough for four adults, and came with great amenities—air conditioning and a lift, which made everything more comfortable. Communication before, during, and after our stay was seamless.Giuseppina went above and beyond, arranging excellent transportation for us (friendly drivers, very comfortable vehicles) from the airport to the apartment, then to the cruise port, and finally back to the airport after our trip. The apartment itself was charming and just a short walk from the Colosseum.Our host also provided an extensive list of local recommendations—every place we tried was fantastic. Giuseppina personally welcomed us upon arrival, gave us a thorough tour of the apartment, and even allowed an early check-in, which was a true gift after a long journey from the US.We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will absolutely stay here again when we return to Rome!

The apartment is a a really good size in an excellent location near the fabulous Colleseum. It is very safe with lovely restaurants nearby. Everywhere is walkable from here but there is a taxi rank down the street if needed. The host was in regular contact with us, the whole process was seamless.

Amazing stay in Roma!

We so enjoyed our stay at House of Bine. A beautiful apartment in a great location, the Colosseum is just down the road, a great little grocery store across the street, we couldn't ask for a better place to stay. From booking to our arrival, Giuseppina was amazing, so professional and eager to help us make our stay memorable, she even made our transportation reservations on our behalf and everything was smooth as can be. We were 4 adults and were very comfortable in House of Bine and we would not hesitate to recommend staying here and we truly hope to back one day! A wonderful Roman apartment

Our host was excellent! We were driving from Naples to Rome and got a late start and traffic held us up. Our host was very accommodating as we had made an earlier appointment that we could not keep. She met us at the gate in front of the apartment complex entrance and brought us up to her beautiful apartment. It’s on the 4th floor and there is an elevator that you can use or you can use the stairs. The apartment was beautiful! It was clean, two bedrooms (one large and one smaller) with a pull out couch if you needed it. The kitchen was modern and nice. Two baths, one with a shower and one with a tub. The baths are not connected to either of the bedrooms. The apartment was a short walk to the Colosseum and the Palatine hill. There were a number of restaurants close to the apartment. There is a grocery store across the street which we took advantage of. We definitely would go there again and highly recommend staying here!

Outstanding place - great location - well appointed and host very responsive.

My wife, daughter and I stayed here for the better part of a week to tour Rome and run the half marathon. For both adventures - it was the perfect place. The house is outstanding - has everything a traveler needs. Is close to grocery and small shops. It is walking distance to most of the highlights of Rome. Also - it was very convenient to the start and stop of the Rome Half Marathon.

Our stay at the apartment was fantastic. Giuseppina went out of her way to help with extra baby items we needed. The property itself was very clean and well equipped. The washing machine broke during the previous guest’s stay but Giuseppina found a solution for us when she was unable to have it repaired immediately. Have already recommended this property for others.

This apartment was excellent, very clean, spacious and multiple AC units. Locked outer gate stretched into a cute court yard. Fourth floor apartment with 2 bathrooms in a quiet neighbourhood. Just around the corner are plenty of restaurants, bus and tram lines, supermarkets and a short walk to the Colosseum. Host was communicative and very helpful! This is a gem!

Wonderful stay in Rome!

We are so happy we found House of Bine! It was the perfect place for our Rome vacation, we were traveling with our 20 and 22 year old. The apartment is perfectly located, spacious, and most importantly, so clean with beautiful bed linens and it had everything we needed. Giuseppina is the perfect host, communicative and helpful, she helped us with transportation as well as a place close by where we could leave our luggage before check in. Amazing Stay In Rome!

Our stay at House of Bine exceeded our expectations. Giuseppina communicated with us shortly after booking and stayed in contact with us with helpful information prior to and throughout our stay. Upon arrival she arranged transportation from the airport and met us outside the apartment- helping us with our luggage and then gave us a complete tour once inside. The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable. It was well located for us and met all of our needs. She arranged our transportation when we departed as well and the only thing we would change is that next time we would stay longer! Hoping we will have an opportunity to visit Rome again and would absolutely look forward to staying at House of Bine again. Giuseppina was wonderful!

Wonderful apartment in Rome

This was a modern feeling and very safe apartment near the Colosseum. Check in was very convenient with the hostess meeting us and showing us the apartment and how to appropriately access it. It was a 10 minute walk to the metro to be able to easily get to all of Rome. It was a 20 minute walk to the Rome Termini for even more options. There is a convenient market across the street that allowed us to stock up on basic food items. This was a wonderful base for our time in Rome.

Great place, great location!

This place was the perfect size for us (married couple with teenage boy). We had just the right amount of space, we could have even added another person or two and we would have still been great. The location was excellent, it took us under 10 minutes to walk to the Colosseum and it was a 15-minute walk to the underground train that took you everywhere you would want to see in Rome. Fabulous apartment near it all yet quiet and serene

Our family is so grateful we found this lovely apartment for our 6-night stay in Rome over Christmas -- Giuseppina was so helpful and responsive with our questions before we arrived, arranged transport for us from the airport (really wonderful when jet-lagged and exhausted after a 12-hour flight), met us at the apartment and even allowed us access a little early, and checked in to see how things were going for us while there. The apartment itself is really lovely -- large, bright, quiet given the location (it's set back in a courtyard away from the street), and so close to the Colosseum, a great residential and shopping neighborhood in the other direction, the metro, and more. Easy to get anywhere we we wanted to go. Convenient little grocery store right across the street. Firm but comfortable beds. So helpful to have a clothes washer, and to have TWO bathrooms! Just a lovely spot, a wonderful host, and a great place to stay in such a magical city!
