This hotel is fabulous! I am very picky about cleanliness and this hotel was immaculate! The staff were amazing. So helpful and friendly! The location is safe and very close to everything we wanted to see! The breakfast has everything! Just a terrific stay!

The hotel had wonderful breakfast and it was walkable to many sights and very close to Metro. Staff was helpful at all times! Clean rooms, bed comfortable, and snacks in mini refrigerator were complimentary and restocked daily. Would highly recommend!

Male here 42, took my 68 yo mother with me at the end of July during full summer time. We are from Miami, USA. We know heat and humidity. This iQ hotel had perfectly working air conditioning that you can control the temperature yourself, the guess, from inside your room. Read that twice, slowly. I have traveled alone before to Rome and had issues in other hotels with the AC. Not here. Not here! Everything else is immaculate. Excellent hotel, the space, the restroom, clean, and quiet. Mattress is comfortable. Beds were single size, but it is okay. We are not in Vegas with Queen size standard beds. This is Europe!...We even used the Jacuzzi on the top floor. It was not heated but it does bubble up, fun. Stuff in the fridge was free! What! 2 beers, water and juice. Great. It also had a safe in the room large for a laptop to fit in. Location is central. Everything works. I am the guy that would sleep on the floor on a brick and can battle it through, but If I took my mother to this hotel, I am damn sure you will be fine and not regret staying in this location.

Great location and staff

Fabiola and Doreen were very helpful. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The roof top restaurant was very nice. The room was filled with amenities and snacks free of charge!

This hotel was hands down one of the best hotel experiences with my family of 5 during my stay to Italy (we stayed at 4 diff properties). All the employees should be commended for their positive attitude and quality of service. The rooms were spotless the amenities were excellent. We purchased the morning breakfast buffet and my teen children loved the food. The staff at the restaurant were excellent from the host to the support staff and provided excellent serve with a smile. The food was varied and delicious. I would definitely stay at an IQ hotel in the future. KUDOS!!!!

Amazing Stay

What a wonderful hotel! We truly enjoyed our stay and found it to be excellent from start to finish. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating, the room was impeccably clean with nice amenities and bath products, the breakfast was the star of the show with an amazing Buffett and self serve espresso/ cappuccino. Would 10 of 10 stay again and again!

The Front Desk staff was excellent. Emilio helped us organize airport and cruise terminal transportation and Doreen was great in giving us insight on how to properly navigate different local experiences. The breakfast team was excellent and our room attendant was great too. Clean hotel and service driven culture made for a very nice experience.
