Had it all - Location, Service, Quality

This was a small boutique hotel in an amazing location. Trevi fountain was a few minute walk away. The customer service was excellent and the restaurant/cafe that was connected to it downstairs made my morning caffeine run very convenient. The private spa that you book ahead of time was a great way to relax and unwind. don't forget to book it ahead of time.

We were just passing through Rome for one night . We could not sleep that night . It was so loud outside with people screaming and music pumping . Then you can hear when people move in and out of their rooms like if they were inside your room . The only good thing about our experience was the staff . They are great and they go out of their way to make you feel welcome .

The service was fantastic. Breakfast was great. It is a new hotel so works were still being carried out. Unfortunately our shower would not work and we were given another room to shower and then come back to our room which was inconvenient but they tried there best to help us. Overall the stay was good except for the shower breaking down.

Very happy to stay at Je Rome Hotel. Renovated and comfortable rooms in a great neighborhood very close to Fontana di Trevi and Pantheon. 5 min to walk to the first one and 8 min to the latter. Rome is a fascinating city and this hotel is right in the center of it.

Brand new hotel in the heart of Rome 1 minute walk to Trevi fountain! Cobblestone street around full of restaurants, cafes gelato and little sops. Staff at the front desk and the restaurant were absolutely amazing and helped with everything we ask for! Highly recommend!

Beautiful and New Boutique in the heart of Rome

Stylish boutique hotel in an excellent location—just steps from the Trevi Fountain and Via del Corso, yet surprisingly quiet and peaceful. Service was consistently professional and warm. My room was spacious for a boutique stay, with strong A/C, modern decor, and a beautifully designed bathroom. The entire hotel is tastefully decorated with thoughtful touches throughout. The on-site restaurant was a standout—far better than nearby tourist traps, with fantastic cocktails. There’s a small spa area and a tiny gym (but it’s a plus that there is one). The street also features several beautiful rooftop bars and at least one Michelin-starred restaurant. A refined, comfortable stay in the heart of Rome—I’d absolutely return and stay at this hotel again. And trust me. I’ve been to Rome many times and stayed at many boutiques.

We arrived in Rome and it was a bit chaotic. The hotel, on the other hand, was quiet, peaceful and a welcome treat. Our room was spacious, clean and one of the best we stayed in during our 3 weeks in Europe. I had not originally booked this hotel, but upon searching further, I stumbled across it. I'm so glad we cancelled the other room and stayed here. It was absolutely charming! I've already told friends about it and hope to stay there again.

What a wonderful room. Booked the suite for less than many other hotels regular rooms. Room was amazing, spacious, and luxurious. Staff were eager to please and very nice. Close to Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon. Not too far from the Vatican and the Colosseum

Beautiful, brand new hotel. The restaurant is fabulous, everything we had was delicious. Great location, very close to Fontana di Trevi. Everyone was very friendly and helpful; we had a wonderful stay.

We had a great stay. The reception staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The problem with the AC at the end was a bit of a disappointment but otherwise it’s a fantastic place to stay. Very central, especially for shopping.

Amazing stay. We stayed at a junior suite for two nights. The room is spacious, new, modern, clean, overall very comfortable. There is working AC which was our priority when booking a hotel, glad it worked. Housekeeping daily. There is also an espresso machine in the room, we enjoyed having our morning coffee at the very clean balcony with a nice view. Friendly and prompt front desk. Grazie! Side note: it was a little hard to get a taxi for the second day of our stay because there is construction that started across from the hotel. But if you just walk to the big street after taking a left turn upon exiting hotel door, you can pretty much get a taxi immediately.

This hotel is situated right next to the Spanish steps and the high end shopping district. We decided to eat at the restaurant one night and the food was outstanding! The staff were really attentive and extremely helpful. We definitely hope to stay there again.
