BE AWARE!! This host cancelled our stay only 20 minutes before our arrival!!(on the same day of check-in), we were left in Rome with no place to stay, we do not speaking italian, but we manage to find another hotel, which cost more than 200% of the original price because it was last-minute.He is not serious or respectful. We lost our time, money, and Vrbo didn’t help us at all (they even allowed him to cancel on the same day of check-in). We were shocked!Please be careful — I hope nobody else has to go through this. Don’t book with him, the same could happen to you.

Bait and switch to dirty apartment

We were not housed in the unit we rented. We had stayed for 3 weeks in the desired unit and upon our return to Rome had booked the same apartment. For some reason that was not explained to us we were switched to another unit in the same building with the same owner. This was old, dirty, and generally pretty disgusting. The shower was full of black mold. The shower door did not contain the water which soaked the bathroom. Kitchen was covered in grease. Cutting boards had green mold growing on them. 7 lightbulbs were missing and multiple switches did nothing. The cupboards were full of empty food containers. The other unit is pretty nice, but this one should not be rented before a major refurbishment and cleaning is done. Very disappointed.

Dieser Gastgeber verdient gar keinen Stern! NICHT Buchen! Wir sind bei unserer Ankunft am Vormittag in Rom durch eine WhatsApp Nachricht informiert worden, dass der Gastgeber die Wohnung storniert. Somit haben wir zunächst keine Wohnung gehabt. Der Gastgeber hat nur einmal kurz mit u s telefoniert, dann war keine Kommunikation mehr möglich. Eine Kontaktnummer von Fewo war erst am nächsten Tag über Google zu finden. NICHT EMPFEHLENSWERT

Hier niemals buchen!

Am Tag der Anreise, genauer gesagt als wir an der Metrostation Lepanto ausstiegen, erreichte uns die Nachricht, dass der Gastgeber storniert hätte. Gleichzeitig kam auch der Hinweis, dass die Rücküberweisung unserer bereits erfolgten Zahlung mindestens ein paar Tage, im Höchstfall Wochen dauern könnte. Hier wird offenbar nur mit fremden Geld gearbeitet, ohne die Absicht Leistungen zu erbringen.Ich hätte generell 0 Punkte vergeben, wenn dies möglich gewesen wäre.

Gute Lage. Nette Wohnung.

Die Wohnung war groß genug für 2 Personen. Die Küche ist allerdings winzig und nur für Kleinigkeiten geeignet. Wer lärmempfindlich ist sucht sich besser was anderes, denn die Straße ist schon recht laut. Allerdings liegt die Wohnung auch nur 10min.zu Fuß vom Piazza del Popollo entfernt und somit in direkter Stadtnähe. Auch Bus und Metro sind nur wenige Meter entfernt. Das Bett ist sehr gemütlich. Der Kontakt zum " Vermieter" war unkompliziert, auch wenn sich drei verschiedene Personen mit mir bezüglich unserer Ankunft in Verbindungen gesetzt haben. Den Hinweis das die Couch defekt sei nahm man mit einem Lächeln zur Kenntnis, sonst aber auch nichts. FAZIT: Nix Luxus, aber ausreichend für ein paar Tage in Rom.
