Host didnt have a clue. From airport take shuttle bus to Aurelia. Then take city bus 916. Just tap your credit card inside the bus. Or take train from airport to Termini, then near the station taks bus 64 to the end of the line. 5 min. walk to appartment.

Cozy apartment, perfect location

Cozy apartment, perfect location - stayed here for 3nights and wish we could stay longer. Public transportation is a few mins by walk away, tons of cats to hangout with in the neighborhood, cute coffee bars right around the corner, and very safe location.

Nice apartment

Apartment was clean and had everything you could need. The apartment itself is a little more ‘tired’ than it looks in the pictures but is still nice. Only downside is the distance from the main road, up a cobbled side street and a few banks that aren’t very inviting in the heat

Rome stay

Everything was good, we mainly just used it to sleep/shower because we explored a ton! The bedroom and bathroom area was a little tight to move through while getting ready but the living room was open enough and the big mirror was great to use.

Perfect little nest 💏!

My parents organised the trip to Rome with my girlfriend for my 21st Birthday. Out of all the apartments my Mum emailed me we chose the ‘Love Nest’ and we’re pleased we did as it was the perfect base from which to explore the beautiful city! The apartment is exactly as depicted in the photos. The amazing Vatican City literally on our doorstep, took us 30 mins or so though to walk to the other tourist attractions but once there they are all close to each other cutting walking time down!! Michela our contact was brilliant and very helpful, Mum had asked Michela to organise a taxi to collect us on arrival and then again to pick us up on departure day, both occasions went very smoothly with no hiccups! Our early flight meant that we were in Rome and at our apartment by lunchtime,Michela was there to meet us and let us check in early as the apartment was clean and ready, this was a massive advantage as we didn’t have to drag our luggage around,it also allowed us to have a little rest before freshening up to go and start exploring and finding our bearings! We had a fantastic 4 and a half days (5 nights) and I’m sure we shall return as it’s truly such an amazing romantic city and there’s still more for us to explore 💑!

Cozy little apartment for you to enjoy

Being our first time in Rome, we weren't sure of what to look for. The apartment was all they said, just could use one or two more lights, but that's just a very minor thing. You'll be in the apartment to clean up and sleep as you see within walking distance to many great sites and neighborhoods. The train station is literally a 2 minute walk. Manager was there as we walked to the apartment and treated us very friendly. Communication was a little barrier but still good. If you're going to Italy, learn to speak their language a little and you'll go a long way. Go onto the balcony and see the dome of St. Peter's Basillica! Breathtaking. Plenty of ammenities only minutes away, but if you are from the USA, don't complain about having to go to the grocery store everyday because the fridge is so small. You're in Rome, go out and immerse your self in their lifestyle! You will not regret it. We loved it!

Perfect For What We Wanted

This was exactly what we were expecting. It’s a no thrills apartment, don’t expect to cook a full meal with just two hobs it just won’t work. The place was clean and makes an idea base, if you want to walk out, go out via the train station, you can get a 64 bus which is very frequent but is known as the pick pocket route so be careful. The Vatican is within easy reach as are some other attractions , but you do need to book in advance for things like the Vatican and Colosseum to beat the queues. My only gripe is that the sockets need some attention and there were a number of light bulbs that had blown.......

Not Quite as Advertised

The Apartment is decent for the price you are paying, however there are some things to know before you stay. - The WiFi only let one of us on at a time and we had to keep resetting it to let the other person use it. - There was enough hot water for one of us to shower at a time (not both) and when we arrived, they had not turned on the hot water yet so though both of us were dying to shower after an international flight it was cold showers or no showers. - There is one very tiny dish towel so washing our dishes was interesting. - The flower pots were dried and in desperate need of some weeding. - It was also very damp in the apartment. Granted, Rome had gotten a lot of rain the week before, but a line outside to hang our towels would've been nice considering everything felt damp inside the apartment. The place is overall a decent place to stay, it could use a bit more up-keeping and maybe some warnings like, you will not have hot water the first night. The person letting us in also kept us waiting for 50min. Our flight was delayed and we let them know way in advanced. I messaged her when we arrived at the airport (like requested by the owner of the property) but we were left waiting outside for 50min without a word from her.

Small apartment not quite like photo.

Small but comfortable apartment with two rooms and small bathroom. View from the window is St Peter's Basilica. Apartment is on a street off the beaten track so it is a 20-30 minute walk to the Vatican Museums. The Roma S. Pietro train station is very close to apartment so if you are comfortable with the train system it is a 1-change trip to the airport. Cutting through the train station will shorten your walk to most every place you need to go. Grocer is on Via Gregoris VII about 2 blocks west called Carrefour Market. Apartment kitchen is very small and could use a counter top light. Taxis in Rome are reasonable and prompt. Uber is more expensive. A modest familiarity with Italian is useful in Rome but not absolutely necessary.

Beautiful Apartment

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment. I did not realize that there wasn't AC. It worked out fine, as the sun never directly comes in the windows, so the apartment stayed comfortable with the fan. We were there in September so it would probably be a bit warmer in summer months. The overseer was friendly and helpful.

Well presented apartment, compact, close to train and Vatican.

We enjoyed our stay at this small but well presented apartment in a quiet location. We arrived from Australia on an early (6.30am) flight into Rome. Gabriel confirmed that we could get early access (at no extra cost), and we met Edourdo at the apartment at 11am. The apartment is easily reached by train from the airport with one change at Trastevere. The apartment is well located, 2 minutes walk to the regional rail station SAN Pietro (Vatican), from which you can get to the Metro line and direct to the main Termini. The super market is a 10 minute walk and the Vatican 5 to 10 minutes. The apartment itself is small but quite functional.

Wonderful location close to the vatican

We had a great time during our four-night stay in this apartment. The location is great - you can see the dome of St. Peter's basilica from the balcony, and the train station is at the bottom of the street - it made getting around and back to the airport very simple. Eduardo was kind enough to let us drop our bags off early as we had an early flight - and we returned once the apartment was cleaned. The place was spotless, and we enjoyed having small meals in the kitchen. It is a small space as other reviews have noted, but for two people who spent the majority of the visit exploring the city, this was all we needed! As we were there during one of the hottest weeks of the summer, my only suggestion is to get a couple of fans into the apartment :)

Very nice apartment close to the Vatican

The apartment looks just like the pictures. It was very clean and welcoming. The property manager, Edoardo, met us at the time promised and explained everything in the apartment (how the stove works, which switches go to which lights, etc). He was very friendly and professional. The apartment is in a quiet building and is a short walk to the Vatican. Thank you for a nice stay!

OK though below expectations

The description, photos and the money deposit (although it was not finally claimed) suggested a spacious and equipped apartment. On the contrary, it is a 30 mc rather narrow and little equipped: mini fridge in a chest, no TV, cabinets and drawers without handles, wine glass with their labels IKEA, no dishes towel... The view of the Vatican dome is limited by the antennas of the neighborhood while the flower boxes of the terrace are dried up. Although amiable and available, Edoardo asked us to sign a lease written in Italian with parallel English translation ... Although specified, the cleaning fee higher than usual for a stay of 2 nights was not justified for such an apartment which did not prevent us from leaving it in order. We requested the tax receipt but Edoardo indicated that their payment was confirmed by the rental agreement. On the positive side, we enjoyed the elevator of the building and the proximity of the San Pedro train station. We also appreciated to take possession of the apartment at about 13:00 although arrangements of this kind have been possible at most of our rentals in France and Italy.

Great apartment in a quiet area of Rome

Really enjoyed the stay here, apartment pictures and description were accurate. Bed very comfortable and great shower. The area is quiet and the balcony was a great place to relax, eat or drink. Apartment had two piece hob for cooking, washing machine, radio/cd player and hi speed internet ( we measured the speed over 100mps). The host supplied tea, ground coffee, sugar, washing powder and hairdryer. Plus cutlery and plates/bowls. Located 10 - 15 minutes walk from the Vactican in a quiet area. Not far from the main line station. Supermarket near by should you need provisions. Left apartment to early to meet host, so arrange for security deposit to be returned via PayPal. Would definaltey recommend this apartment. Easy booking and host was contactable for any problems or questions.

Great location

We were staying in Rome for 3 days after cruise, and the apartment worked perfectly for our needs. We had two Vatican-related tours, and St Peter's Square was a 15 minute walk from our doorstep. We also had 1 train trip, and Roma San Pietro train station was less than a 5 minute walk. Carolina was there to welcome us, and was kind enough to purchase some groceries for us, so making breakfast and packing lunches was a snap.

Great meet and greet, felt welcomed to Rome. Small flat but a great bolthole.

Very small flat but everything you'd need for your stay. Even has a balcony with a view of the dome of St Peters. Very close to the no. 64 bus into town and the train, and a short stroll from the Vatican.
