The staff was very helpful and kind. The hotel itself was beautiful, loved the decor around it. The room was a good size for the 2 of us, the only problem was the door to the terrace didn’t shut fully, but it didn’t bother us because we liked the bit of air coming in. Breakfast was decent, as well! Train station close by and easily accessible and was also an easy walk to the colosseum.

An older hotel but very well maintained, great staff who are very helpful. Just 30 secs to Vittorio Emmanuelle train station. Very clean and excellent breakfast. Many eateries in the vicinity. Will definitely stay here again on a future trip to Rome.

Beware! You may get scammed with the room they assign to you, and you will never receive a refund. They will say, “This is the last room we have,” and place you in what feels like a storage room. The bed was not properly made, the room was dusty, and the bathroom was unclean. When you raise concerns, they have the audacity to be upset. The entire building smells of cigarette smoke or marijuana. The outside area is creepy and dirty, and people at the entrance are openly smoking weed. If you’re looking for a decent hotel, I would not recommend this place. However, if you want a cheap-looking motel that is overpriced, then this is the hotel for you.

Desde la entrada el servicio es excelente , muy alegres , organizados y te sugieren lugares , hasta la transportación mas accesible. El hotel es muy limpio , las camas cómodas y el desayuno súper variado y bueno . Solo a dos minutos caminando está el metro.

Location Location Location! 20min from Roma Termini and steps away from the subway, staff was really friendly! Do not let the graffiti and tagged walls around the area fool you, it is quiet at night and not shady area
