Enjoy a stylish holiday in this refined space in the most exclusive area of the historic center of the "Eternal City" of Rome which, unique for its characteristics, is notoriously famous and appreciated all over the world, so much so that it was nominated by the Unesco World Heritage Site.
The space
Elegant apartment located on the second floor of a period building in the heart of the historic center of Rome.
The structure, very quiet, consists of a large living room with a large sofa bed, dining table, fireplace and 50' flat screen Smart-TV. Independent and habitable kitchen. Separately is the sleeping area with double bed, wardrobe and bathroom.
The house located on the second floor without a lift can be easily reached with a few steps.
Other things to keep in mind. extra costs: the check-in staff will contact you 48-24/h before your trip to arrange your arrival time at the facility. Any delays of more than one hour with respect to the agreed time will result in an extra €7.00. Remember that late check-in (8.30pm-11.30pm) involves an extra €15.00 and super late check-in (11.30pm-01.30am the following day) an extra €30.00; last minute € 15.00 (communicated on the same day of arrival); Check-in on public holidays (where available) €30.00 until 8.30pm; late €50.00; super late €60.00. Holiday rates will be applied on 24 and 31 December from 2.00 pm.
After 01.30 a.m. of the day following the day scheduled for check-in, the service can no longer be guaranteed.

Perfect Location - Great Apartment
The location of this apartment can't be beat. It had everything we needed, was clean and well maintained. Alex was a great host, extremely flexible and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Un bel appartement gâché par de mauvaises odeurs
L'appartement est très bien situé, dans une rue très agréable avec un supermarché tout près. Il est propre et bien aménagé (le canapé pourrait cependant être plus confortable) mais on y sent en permanence des odeurs semblant provenir des évacuations. Dommage.
