Nice space located close enough to all the sites. Although on a busy street, the noise was not an issue. "Breakfast" includes coffee and pre-packaged croissants, buscuits and jam. Check - in was frustrating as only the cleaning staff was there when I arrived on a Sunday morning, and she did not respond to the street side door. Another resident in the building kindly let me in and then I was able to knock on the door to gain access. Everyone seemed surprised by the timing of my arrival, despite having emailed them days before. If you plan to arrive outside of a weekday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. be sure you get get confirmation that someone will be there to meet you.

Great Location and Great Rooms!

We loved our stay at Numero 21. Stefano was an amazing host and very responsive. He had our room ready for us even though we got in late. He arranged a Mercedes car pickup and we arrived with no issues. The rooms were clean and had great amenities and other perks (working AC, Nespresso machine, snacks, waters, juice etc.) The location is great and walking distance to everything. No issues whatsoever. Would definitely return here. Thank you Stefano!

Great location in downtown Rome!

Great location, Stefano was very helpful in getting us settled on our first couple of nights in Rome. Room was great, very clean and we would definitely stay there again

Perfect Stay in Rome!

Numero 21 was a delight for us. Great location and within walkable distance to the Vatican City. Close to local restaurants and buses. Stefano was an amazing host. He was accommodating, helpful and very responsive. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The hallway is always well lit and clean. The kitchen area has a microwave, a refrigerator, and a coffee machine which was a great start to the day. We had a very wonderful stay. Highly recommended.

Solid option in central Rome

A good stay in a convenient central location. Lungotevere Prati is quite a busy street, with lots of car and moped traffic, but tends to quiet down after 11 pm. The staff were courteous and willing to allow us access to our room several hours early, which was appreciated. There was no actual staff on site most of the time, but it wasn’t an issue.

We were pleasantly greeted by Stefano at the guest house. He was also most responsive to our email prior to our arrival. The guest house has a extremely convenient location to many of the attractions in Rome if you enjoy walking. The Spanish steps and Vatican City are located nearby and the Colosseum was approximately 1.5 miles from the guest house. The guest house is slightly removed from the tourist attractions so the nearby restaurants have a more local atmosphere, which we enjoy. The room was spacious for European standards, very clean with daily housekeeping, provides WiFi, a mini fridge, espresso maker, and hot pot for tea. The beds were very comfortable with quality linens. The room was also quiet with sound proof windows and secure with an elevator to the first floor where the rooms are located in the building. We will definitely return in the near future. Squisito

Wonderful!

Wonderful experience!! Stephan was a huge help, allowed us to keep our luggage there after check out. Very close to all the site seeing places and local restaurants. Very comfortable room.

Great, clean and comfortable accommodation in excellent, central location. High quality beds and bath. Efficient air-con. Good security. Good supplies provided for coffee, tea and breakfast. Fantastic short stay!!

Guest house is in a perfect location, close to lots of nice places to eat and walking distance to all attractions. Stefano was very accommodating from the moment we arrived to when we left! One of the few places where the room you stay in is exactly as the pictures say, clean, modern no wear and tear and great views! Will be back again when staying in Rome and will recommend to anyone travelling there!!

Perfect place to stay for ROME visit!

Perfect location within safe walking distance to all the highlights and shopping area. Highly recommend it! Beds are comfortable, and room has everything you need. There is even a little kitchen area you can use with microwave and tables. Would definitely use again.

Perfect Rome HQ

Perfect location. Close to the Vatican and all the popular Rome tourist spots without being too manic. Great service when needed, gave you space if you didn't need it. Very clean and great modern decor. Would highly recommend!

God beliggenhed mht. seværdighederne i Rom

Numero 21 Guest House lå sådan, at vi kunne gå til alle seværdigheder. Værelse, seng og bad var fint med hensyn til standard og skift af sengetøj og håndklæder. Men bakken med kopper, knive osv. var ikke god, vi oplevede, at de knive vi havde brugt om morgenen, var lagt på igen efter rengøring af værelse/bakke. Smør og juice fik vi ikke hver dag! Skraldespanden på toilettet blev glemt et par gange.

Qualidade do quarto chamam a atenção, muito bom, fica a 10 min de caminhada do shuttle para o aeroporto, a poucos passos do Castelo de Santo Angelo, fizemos tudo a pé, boa localização. Stefano muito atencioso também, tivemos apenas um problema com Wi-Fi, mas o Stefano foi e resolveu.
