The property was clean and fairly spacious but noisy. There is a main road right outside, there was building works in the flat above and there isn’t much insulation between the rooms so you can hear other people. The immediate area doesn’t have much in other than bus stops but you are a short walk to the colosseum and more places to eat. I felt the room was expensive for what it was but I think Rome is just an expensive place to stay, so the price is likely in line with the city.

Great stay 20 mins away from the Coliseum and many other attractions in the city of rome, is a cozy place, clean and private great for spend a few days in the city, the owner is very responsive and will let you know everything

A must for solo travellers!

Was absolutely perfect for a Solo traveller. They offered a brilliant room service where they regularly cleaned the room and stocked water and snacks in the room. Lovely to come back from a long day of walking to a cleaned room. The temperature in the room was perfect - bearing in mind the temperature in Rome averaged 21 degrees when I went. Communication with the owners/receptionist was easy. About a 12 minute walk from the colosseum and all for such a reasonable price. Would recommend to any solo traveller who wants to go to Rome.

Nice little apartment

This is an apartment which has 4 separate locked bedrooms with a shared kitchen area for coffee,water etc, other guests were very quiet, didn’t hear any noise apart from the traffic as we were facing the road, breakfast (packets of bread,croissants, juice bottles,coffee pods etc) is left in your room every morning. You have your own safe, bed is super comfy. It’s about a 10 min walk up hill to the Colosseum, very close. We had a lovely stay.

we liked the breakfast that was provided and appreciated the fact that the room was tidied every day! our only struggles were that someone seemed to have gone through our stuff while we were gone- although nothing was taken, and the air conditioning isn’t allowed to go very low so we were pretty hot throughout the night- we came in early may so it’s just something to consider! still would recommend though, it was an overall good experience.
