Everyone from the staff was super friendly and helpful. Hotel is a boutique hotel, so it is small and gives that warm feeling of “you matter” unlike some other (larger) chains. Beautiful hotel overall. Close to shops, dining, and even the TREVI fountain! Would definitely stay here again.

The Palazzo Roma Hotel is really a 10 star hotel. Luxury beyond imagination. The staff really seems to care about you as a guest. Gorgeous rooms, fantastic breakfasts, and walkable to all the main sites in historic Rome. Absolutely recommend.

What a great experience. Rooms were stylish, comfortable beds, Lovely bathrooms, killer bedroom slippers! What made the experience truly special was the GM Oliver. His hands on, bespoke approach to what we wanted to do with 3 nights only in Rome before our next destination made the experience phenomenal! He has an intuitive sense - we had an early train to Naples- brekky box, coffee and taxi were all ready as we checked out. Bravo!

I cannot say enough about our stay at palazzo Roma. The room was great and the service was even better (the manage Oliver and his crew do an unbelievable job at making you feel like you are the only guests at the hotel). The breakfast was amazing and the mini bar is free. Everything was perfect and we will definitely stay there again next time we are in Rome.

Our 3 night stay at the Palazzo Roma was wonderful. It started off with Oliver reaching out through WhatsApp the day before check in to see if we needed transfer from the airport. We were warmly welcomed with a glass of prosecco and shown to our room promptly. One of the staff recommended restaurant options near the hotel and helped us make reservations. The hotel itself was beautiful. It’s in a building from the 17th century. Had a number of salons and rooms to relax in. A la carte breakfast was included and was absolutely scrumptious. Perfectly made cacio e Pepe omelette was the perfect start to a busy day! The afternoon before check out, reception checked on us to see how everything was going, and see if we needed to book a taxi. Staff was always helpful with a bright smile on their face. The location of the hotel is on the main shopping sheet and within walking distance to the main attraction. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

Exceptional service every step of the way. Beautiful hotel. Incredible dinner and breakfast service and perfectly located. This property is phenomenal and far surpassed our expectations! The aesthetic is stunning, the service is impeccable, the location is perfect, and the coffee is some of the best we’ve tasted! We’ve found that “5 stars” in Europe does not always align with expectations, but Palazzo Roma certainly earns its rating. The one small issue is that we booked 2 rooms, and the air conditioning was not fully functioning in either. The room with less air was immediately upgraded (to one of the more beautiful rooms I’ve ever seen-the AC in this room was perfect). The way that the staff dealt with this issue was very professional and hugely appreciated, but if there is a way to ensure that air in all room is functioning at full capacity, this hotel would be unparalleled. Overall, could not more highly recommend!!
