Big, spacious rooms with all the amenities, very clean and quiet. Coffee maker and a variety of teas with lots of snacks. Ideal location, within walking distance of many attractions, restaurants and shops.

It’s an old building. The property is on the second floor and the private elevator doesn’t stop at the 2nd floor. So, you would need to either go to 3rd floor and carry your luggages down 1 floor, or carry them up 2 floors. Other than that, it’s a good place to stay in Rome.

It’s a small room but it fit our needs in Rome. It is in an ideal location for getting around. We walked to everything. The Spanish steps are around the corner and it was about a 20 min walk to the colosseum. Very safe area and plenty of restaurants and coffee shops around. The air conditioning was great and they provided a espresso machine in the room

My complaint would be the "Out of Service" elevator. We are 60+yrs, and having to carry our luggage down the stairs( multiple trips) in the extreme heat was a difficult task. We had multiple pieces due to extended cruise. having somone on site to help at check-in or out, would have made the experience better, especially with the knowledge of no elevator.

Nice property in a convenient location.

We were a little apprehensive with there being no front desk on site but electronic communication with the property manager was excellent, they were very responsive to all of our questions. They were also able to setup a transfer for us from the airport to the property which was very helpful. The location is great, easy walking to many shops, attractions and food.
