Great for short trip to Rome

Great location. Easy check in. Clean. Beds pretty hard and uncomfortable. Dryer is not what you think of a dryer (it just spins water out). Definitely worth it for a shorter stay.

Great Location

Charming apartment within walking distance of the Colosseum. Nicely stocked kitchen and plenty of towels. Having 2 bathrooms was great for our family of 5, and we had plenty of hot water for showers.

Great place, location and host

This apartment is perfect for a larger group. We were 5 people, and appreciated having 2 bathrooms - both with showers. The location is central and close to a metro station. There are plenty of good restaurants and grocery stores close by. Property manager Angelo was very helpful. We would stay here again.

Perfect apartment for our rome stay

This was a wonderful apartment and Fabrizio a terrific host. Clean, spacious, and with a washer AND dryer. The ceilings are low (as is indicated elsewhere) but not really an issue. The twin bedroom ceilngs are the lowest, but if kids stay in there it's good. My husband is 6 ft and didn't have any trouble. Apartment is in a good location between the train stain and all the historic sites. I highly recommend it!

Perfect!

300 year old building with the most modern apartment renovation, totally clean and fresh. Fabrizio was proactive in contacting us on Whatsapp, and checked in with us daily. The apartment had whimsical holiday decorations and fun mood lighting. Full kitchen, two full bathrooms, lots of hot water. Ceilings are low so if you are tall like me, watch your head in the master bedroom. Beds are firm.

Great location

Apartment was beautiful and the washer/dryer came in handy. Metro only a few minutes away. Had a transportation challenge on check in day and was not able to communicate with property owner. Stayed until we arrived at 8 pm. We were very greatful!!! Would suggest this place to all.

Très bien situé ,eau à volonté sans jamais en manquer pour les douches . Charmant et tout ce qui a d’attraits se font à pied à l’intérieur de 30 minutes. Le concierge qui nous reçoit est très serviable et souriant. Nous étions quatre à y séjourner et tous sont du même avis
