Veramente pessima, la comunicazione tremenda chiesto informazioni mesi e mesi prima dell’arrivo con nessuna risposta…… solo 1 giorno prima mi hanno detto che al check in ci sarebbe stata una persona ad attenderci….e solo 3 ore prima del check in hanno annullato la mia prenotazione …… proprio una truffa
