We had an amazing stay! The apartment is in an unbeatable location—right next to the Colosseum with a truly jaw-dropping, once-in-a-lifetime view. The space itself is roomy, comfortable, and felt really special from the moment we walked in.Our hosts were great. They helped us with our bags (even though there’s an elevator), and went above and beyond to make our stay smooth. We needed a few extra items for the kitchen, and they supplied them immediately without any hassle. The kitchen is on the smaller side, but perfectly workable—and honestly, the incredible view more than makes up for it.Overall, a fantastic experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a memorable stay in Rome!

Great place! Super clean, beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed. The location was easy next to metro and we walked a lot of places too. Host was super responsive with anything we needed. The rooftop patio was so lovely- rain finally cleared and it was perfect to watch the sunset over colosseum up there!

Home was exceptional! The terrace and the view from the terrace was beyond expectations. The host was there to greet us and show us around the home. The location was perfect for what we had planned. Was a 5 minute walk to the colosseum and Forum. The home was historic and well kept. Showers and beds were great. Bed was very comfortable . Felt very safe here. I would highly recommend this place to anyone going to Rome! If I could give them 10 stars I would!!!

The apartment is centrally located and all important sights were walkable. The apartment has an elevator that gets you up six floors but the last floor is two flights of stairs which we were aware of but they are steep with low head clearance for anyone over six feet tall. Nicky the housekeeper was most helpful in explaining things and helping us with the washing machine. The kitchen is small. There is really only two bedrooms that are enclosed, the third is open to several areas and would be most suitable for children not adults. Overall I would say that we enjoyed the apartment and if we were 20 years younger we would have liked it even more.

The apartment is on the roof of the complex. The terrace for this apartment is huge and has good views of the colosseum (fantastic).There is a small elevator what will take you up to the fifth floor, you will have to take 2 flights of stairs to the roof to access the apartment, a little different, but once you figure out where it is at, and access the terrace and apartment it's kind of cool. The first floor of the block has businesses. One of the businesses is a tour company and has their meeting location on the street, therefore it gets very busy on the street at certain times of the day. When you're in the apartment you will not notice, it's just when you leave or enter the building. Access to the colosseum could not get any better.Overall we really liked this apartment and would stay here again.

Excellent location. Breathtaking views. Very clean accomodations and Nikki was wonderful. Great cost savings to get take out and eat on the terrace. Only caution was the final staircase leading to the apartment. Not ideal for older/unstable individuals but fine for a family retreat!

Check in was easy. The host’s representative was awesome! There’s a washing machine if you need to throw in a load of laundry - no dryer but they have a dying raxk. It was clean and spacious. The air conditioning worked well. This place is on the 5th floor. The elevator was broken one day but the host called and got it fixed immediately. But there is one flight of very narrow steep stairs for the last floor that there is no elevator for.
