The room itself is a little dated but clean and comfortable what is a true stand out about this hotel is the staff. They are friendly, helpful and prompt. The location is ideal it is easily walkable to the Coliseum, Pantheon and Trevi Fountain. There is also lots of shopping and dining options around. I would definitely stay there again if I ever return to Tome

One of the best properties we have ever stayed at. The staff was exceptional, very friendly and nice. The hotel has multiple events every day. Every event we went to was well thought out and had experts running it. We would highly recommend.

The hotel experience was very unique. Rooms were actually located in a huge multi-unit building. It definitely felt like a hidden gem. The hotel cleanliness was good, not amazing, but we were hardly there, so it hardly mattered. The staff were lovely and informative. I didn’t like that i couldn’t pay for my guest in advance of my stay.

Staff were lovely and accommodating. We had 2 rooms as had to move after 2 nights due to availability (our choice) but both rooms were nothing special, the second apartment type room even worse - bathrooms in both were really tired and in need of renovation and as such looked grubby. Breakfast was poor, really basic and not worth having but coffee and service at breakfast good. Overall I'm really not sure why this place has the good reviews.

This was absolutely lovely hotel with the most friendly of staff. The staff Sylvia and Alexandre were so welcoming and helped with everything we needed. The rooms were lovely clean and spacious. The area was perfect to visit all the main attractions too. Will definitely stay here again :)

Fantastic Stay at Soloto Monti I had a great experience at Soloto Monti! The property is beautiful, the staff were friendly, and everything felt welcoming. The location is super convenient—just a short taxi ride from Termini Station and also within walking distance to the Trevi Fountain. The breakfast was excellent, served on a lovely terrace, and they even offer free tours which were a great bonus. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Rome!

Hotel was fairly basic. We have stayed at several "apartment" hotels in Rome. This one was just ok. Now the staff was very nice and helpful! Apartment had one air conditioner in the kitchen that didn't reach the back bedroom. We roasted in July. Upon leaving we found another older air conditioner in the bedroom covered by a heavy drape. We assumed it was just a window. We received no info about the apartment and how to operate anything or this would have been avoided. Apartment was clean and towels were changed every day. We survived just fine. Just wasn't as nice as it looked in the pics.
