The curtains to didn't fully cover the windows so it was hard to sleep with the brightness from the street lights at night. There was mould on the base of the sliding shower doors. Some of the wallpaper was peeling off and i could see mould on the walls. It made our clothes and luggage smell very weird. The garbage was taken out our room with no replacement bags, so we felt weird putting garbage in the bins without bags. Other than those things, the location was perfect and very central for easy access to different sites. The room was very spacious, and we got lots of fresh air coming in when we opened the large windows. I honestly cannot give a place with mould a high rating. It would not be fair to future travellers.

Property was good clean and comfortable - 2 blocks from Spanish Steps, lots of restaurants and shopping. There is a taxi station right out the front door. Although no staff on site always were quick to respond.

The location is ideal, right in the heart of everything. Rome is an incredibly busy city, and the noise is constant, even in the middle of the night. Despite that, it was a great stay.

So convenient and close to Spanish Steps and the shopping areas around it. It is an ideal location for Rome. Access to my room had three secured doors. The lift was an added and much needed convenience! Alberto and staff were easy to communicate with (through whatsapp).

It was a bit challenging to find but was otherwise an excellent stay! The building felt secure, there was an elevator, the hotel itself was lovely, and the location was so close to the Spanish steps! The staff we met was very helpful and kind! Make sure you have WhatsApp because they messaged a day before to confirm check in time, and I feel like would have been helpful had I had my notifications turned on!

Sweet location and clean room!

Our accommodations were perfect because it was located near a lot of POVs, the room comfortable and spacious for our family of 3. The bed was comfortable, A/C great temperature , and bathroom renovated . My only qualm is the thin towels. Cleanliness is important to me and the room looked and smelled clean. We are glad we booked!

Property is in a great location and the owner’s son, Alberto went out of his way to arrange airport shuttle service and recommend 2 authentic roman restaurants that were delicious. We arrived before our check in time and Alberto allowed us to leave our luggage without any worries . Place is clean and safe, would stay again.
