We have divided a large, very bright apartment into 3 delightful and refined apartments, 2 two-room apartments and an open space, absolutely independent of each other.
Each apartment has its own entrance, its bathroom, an area to prepare meals and its outdoor space! They have real parquet and air conditioning in all rooms, Wifi is free and the service includes sheets and towels.
They are located in a private road, in a small private condominium with garden and although they are only 70 meters from the area with shops and services, they enjoy tranquility and silence. They are all equipped with washing machine, coffee maker, TV, iron, phone and all the utilities to prepare meals yourself.
The apartment is excellent for 4 people (possible the 5th person with an extra bed) and is composed as follows:
- A living room with a table that can be closed with 4 chairs and a double sofa bed, TV
- bright double bedroom with large wardrobe
- nice bathroom with a large walk-in shower
- large balcony with table
The apartments are perfectly connected by public transport (just 50 meters from metro A - Baldo degli Ubaldi), you can get to the center (Vatican city) on foot or by metro A or by bus in 5 minutes.
At 100 meters you can find all the services, from the supermarket to the pharmacy, restaurants and shops of various kinds.
Surroundings: it is possible to walk to Villa Doria Pamphili, one of the most beautiful parks in the city of Rome. The park, like many other Roman city parks, draws its origin from the summer country residence of a noble Roman family.
Villa doria Pamphli in 1971 became the largest public park in the city and is frequented by jogging enthusiasts.

The tourist tax (€ 6 per person, per night) must be paid in cash at check-out.
For bookings longer than a week there is a weekly cleaning of €35 without changing linen, in addition to the final cleaning of the apartment.

IMPORTANT: to complete the online check-in it is necessary to put the photo of the identity card or passport. The driving license is invalid.
Guests must send documents relating to the registration of arrivals upon request.

*In light of the new ART circular. 109 TULPS of the Ministry of the Interior WE ARE OBLIGED TO CARRY OUT the identification of the guest WHO HAS BOOKED and who will stay in our apartments.
