This was an absolutely lovely apartment. It is exactly as described. Susana was very responsive and extremely helpful. I have stayed in Rome once before and can’t say enough about this location…perfect.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this apartment in Rome. Communication with our hosts, Susanna and her daughter Julia, was excellent from the start, and Julia was there to greet us warmly at check-in.The apartment itself is spacious, with a large and comfortable living/dining area, well-sized bedrooms, and efficient A/C throughout — which worked perfectly. The kitchen is well-equipped and functional.Best of all is the location: just steps from the lively Piazza Farnese with its wonderful restaurants, and within walking distance to Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, and plenty of shopping.We would highly recommend this apartment as the perfect home base for an unforgettable Roman adventure!

Lovely apartment in great neighborhood

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is spacious, clean and surprisingly quiet, even though its in one of Rome's busiest and most lively neighborhoods. There are tons of great restaurants, farmers markets and shops within minutes of walking from the apartment building. Susanna was a lovely host, very responsive and helpful. The only aspect that could be improved are the bathrooms- the shower pressure is really low, and both bathrooms were pretty damp the whole time, even though we opened the windows after showering. But its probably to be expected in such an old city. Overall, a wonderful stay and we'd definitely stay there again!

Location was perfect, communication with host is great. The bathroom in the one bedroom is very tiny and we could not use the shower the first night as it has just been painted. The other shower/bathroom is much larger with more space. Bedrooms had lots of space and storage areas for our bags which was nice.

We can’t say enough about how warm and helpful our hosts were and how perfect the location is to everything. Thank you Susanna and Giulia for all your help making our transportation arrangements and the wonderful suggestions. This is a very safe area with everything you need within walking distance including great restaurant & cafe options. We walked to all the main attractions with ease and comfort, all while experiencing the warm Roman people along the way. As a family of 3, we couldn’t have picked a better location and hosts!

Lovely Place

Overall experience was great. Our host was very responsive to all inquiries before and during our stay, and arranged our taxi for arrival and departure. One small note is that the WiFi was off and on during the stay and required resetting multiple times. Good to know, as it’s needed for international travelers and a quick fix if you know what to do.

Great place in Rome

My family of five just stayed here and it was nothing short of amazing. It was in the perfect location to walk to every important sites and all restaurants. The place had plenty of room for everyone and was very clean and maintained. I would highly recommend this place for anyone.

Outstanding, fantastic home! Suzanna's place has everything you need! Extremely clean and very spacious! We enjoyed fixing some meals and staying in and visiting because this home is so cozy! The location is fantastic! Walk out the door and you're at the market by day and excellent restaurants at night. She also coordinated a ride for us to and from the airport which was so helpful. She also checked on us to ensure all was well! This is a great place to stay! I'd recommend to anyone and when we visit again, we will stay here! Thank you Suzanna for welcoming us to your home!

Lovely spacious flat in great location

Nicely decorated, comfortable beds, good size rooms in typical old Rome mansion block. Well located for the historic sites of Rome and with plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance locally and in Trastevere.

Perfect apartment for exploring Rome

This location couldn't have been more convenient. We food shopped in and around the Campo de' Fiori and found most of our dining there as well. The rooms are very large for Rome with high ceilings. Beds are comfortable. We spent a lot of time in the spacious living/dining room. Our host left many suggestions for touring and dining, which we used several times and found ourselves in the midst of locals having the best food we could have imagined. The apartment is in an apartment building with permanent residents so we were not surrounded by other tourists. I couldn't figure out from the listing what floor it is on or if there is a lift. No lift, second floor ( two tall flights). I'm glad I didn't know because I would probably have passed on the apartment. I would have missed this wonderful experience. I just rested a minute between floors --- I'm 83 years old.

Thanksgiving Week

My daughter and I stayed the week of Thanksgiving 2024. Apartment is in perfect location to walk to all major attractions. Guilia made the check in and check out process easy, even arranging transportation for us from and to the airport. Apartment is as advertised and looking forward to coming back and staying again.
