We were so close to everything we wanted to see and do. There were shops, restaurants, cafes and ice cream shops just outside the doors. Great place and the host was outstanding. Guan Battista answered every question almost immediately. The Coliseum was a few minutes away as well as many other tourist attractions. Overall great place to stay.

Perfect location!

Everything was very clean and in the perfect walking area of the sights we wanted to see. Wifi was a spotty throughout the day so be aware of that if you plan of working during stay. Otherwise great vacation spot!

Convenient and nice apt!

The building is very nice to start with! Only 10 minutes walk to termini train station and coliseum! About 30 minutes to trevi and one hour to Vatican, but metro station is right around the corner. Apt is nice and clean, traditional feeling with contemporary renovated bathroom! Fabric Sofa is worn and table is small. Easy to communicate! Overall great experience!

Great location

The location for this unit is awesome. The beds were comfortable and the linens were nice. The stairs were a bit dangerous and very creeky. The dining table was also rickety. You had to be careful which chairs you could sit. The couch was stained and disgusting. The bathroom was very nice but needed a rug to step out of the shower. The upstairs bedroom is very low ceiling. You cannot be taller than 5’6 to be able to stand upright. Plenty of towels and lots of light.

Location, location, location

What a charming place to stay in the heart of Roma. Located in the Monti region of Rome. Excellent restaurants all within a few blocks, the Termini train station a six minute walk, the Colosseum seven minutes away. You can get your morning coffee at the cafe next door if you are in a rush. If you have more time in the morning, the best coffee was actually just inside the train station. It has to be the creamiest cappuccino we have ever had! We went there a few times. The apartment has everything you need. Large shower, cute layout. The steps to get up to it are a definite calf workout. My wife would take the small elevator and I would jog up the steps! Took about the same time. I would highly recommend this place for your trip. As I said in the title, location, location, location. Definitely a great apartment and very clean and updated.
