Excellent location on a quiet street with an abundance of dining and shopping options just around the corner. It grows on you

Initial impressions were not perfect and in truth aspects were a little below expectation (eg leaks under shower screen, hit and miss turndown, moving bed posts) but in they were all good enough and in the end the quirks added to the charm.

What an incredible find!

Absolutely beautiful and welcoming stay. The location is perfect for your first stay in Rome or your 70th. Near authentic restaurants, popular landmarks are all 5-10 min walking distance. On a dead end street so no thru traffic which makes for a quiet stay. Gorgeous large rooms, clean, and incredibly inviting. If you have trouble walking around, or are uneasy, this may not be the place for you.
