This property is aesthetic with a lot of amenities but it is meant for students or budget travellers. Our room was dirty, and the sink was completely clogged. Told the staff and they had someone unclog the sink but they left the sink gunk on our bathroom floor after doing so. The location is not ideal… expensive taxi from the popular hot spots, hard to get an uber and really not as close to the train station as it seems. We only stayed one night or would have asked to be moved or simply booked elsewhere. Honestly wouldn’t recommend. With all this said, the staff we interacted with were all lovely, helpful and kind.

What a disaster of a stay overall with this hotel. I never leave bad reviews but the staff was unbearable it ruined the whole stay. Would never recommend staying in this hotel. Save your money and go somewhere else

We booked The Social Hub in Rome only an hour before check-in, after being let down by another hotel on arrival. What could have been a stressful start to our trip turned into one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. From the moment we arrived, the team went above and beyond to ensure our stay exceeded expectations. The hotel itself is modern, stylish, and spotlessly clean, with excellent facilities that catered perfectly for our family. It has a unique, vibrant atmosphere that immediately makes you feel welcome and relaxed. A special mention must go to Fabio, who looked after us most evenings with food and drinks. His warmth, positivity, and genuine thoughtfulness made such a difference to our stay. Fabio is a true credit to The Social Hub, and his friendly service created some of our fondest memories of Rome. We cannot recommend The Social Hub highly enough. What started as a last-minute booking became a highlight of our trip, thanks to the hotel’s amazing staff, great design, and outstanding service. We will certainly return on our next visit to Rome

We really enjoyed everything about this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the social gathering spaces were great for relaxing after a long day touring Rome, the roof top pool was refreshing and the bar located by the pool was much appreciated. The surrounding area doesn’t offer much but the metro line right outside the hotel property got us everywhere we need to go….a short 15 minute ride right to the Colosseum! We would stay here again for sure!

This hotel went above and beyond my expectations. It was located close to the train station and to local attractions. Everyone was so helpful with anything you needed. The pool on the rooftop was beautiful. The service was beyond exceptional. Everyone there had a smile on their face and went out of their way to help you. I would highly recommend. I would go back in a heartbeat!

Disappointing stay at The Social Hub in Rome has been a major disappointment, despite the hotel’s promising branding and high pricing. While there are a couple of redeeming features, the overall experience has been frustrating and far below expectations. The air conditioning in our room is barely functional, which is a significant issue in Rome’s intense heat. Despite reporting the problem, it hasn’t been properly resolved, leaving us uncomfortable and restless. For a hotel of this standard, a working AC is a basic necessity that has not been delivered. Breakfast, which comes at a steep price, has been another letdown. When we asked about allergies, the staff provided vague and unhelpful answers, which is concerning for anyone with dietary needs. This lack of clarity felt dismissive and unsafe. Additionally, breakfast service ends at 10:30 AM, but the staff starts clearing food well before, showing little consideration for guests still eating. This rushed approach undermines what should be a pleasant dining experience. The attitude of some staff members has been a recurring issue. Simple questions are often met with curt or unclear responses, making it difficult to get straightforward information. This lack of warmth creates an unwelcoming vibe, which is surprising for a place marketed as a lively “social hub.” On a positive note, the bathroom in our room is modern and well-designed, which is a small plus. Self check in worked seamlessly. Staff were helpful in replacing keycard I left locked in room and kindly provided drinking glasses I needed. Process for check out was simple and taxi was easily ordered for me and it arrived in 6 minutes as advertised. I’d stay there again.

The hotel itself is lovely, very clean modern and eco friendly. We paid for breakfast included and it was worth it. About €24 euros if you pay on the day. It’s a cash free hotel. It’s about a 30 minute walk to the colosseum and and hour and a half to the Vatican. For us we are happy to walk those distances but others may not be. The rooms are small, we had an executive room and there is no where to open your cases. The surrounding area is a bit run down and there is security on the gate. We are out at lunch and made the most of a good Italian lunch. There’s a pizza restaurant on site and they do food in the hotel which is reasonably priced. The pool area is small but nice. It’s right next to the Trainline so a bit noisy and the bar is limited. Overall a nice stay if you’re prepared to walk
